My husband and I are building a new home in Tampa and we’re very overwhelmed with the lighting decisions. We had several lights picked out but were unsure of our choices and feeling pretty stressed about getting this portion of building a home finalized. We met with Ken Martin to discuss our choices and he couldn’t have made the process any easier. Choices that we had been struggling with for over a month came together in less than 2 hours when meeting with Ken. He thoroughly explained colors, sizes, and style of lighting that made our decision really come together. We can’t wait to see all that we have chosen in our home. Thank you, Ken!

I have multiple homes but this vacation home has an emotional association. Since I was a child, I’ve always wanted to have a custom home in Boca Ciega bay so I wanted to be involved in the design process more than before. Maybe the way I was dressed or maybe because I was 20 min late but the consultation did not go well. I’m a guy that doesn’t understand much about fixtures, design and plumbing but most of my questions were met with visible irritation and hostility. My excitement before arriving changed to embarrassment and disappointment. The appointment maker informed me that with the amount of things I needed for the home that my time with the associate should be a min of 2 hours. I left in 40min as she seemed waiting for me to leave. I asked her to send me the quote and pictures of the few things I picked out. I planned to get the rest later in a new appointment. She sent the info to a wrong address. I gave her the correct address and asked for pics. No response so I called another company kind of gun shy about asking too many questions. But to my surprise, the other company’s consultant was out of this world helpful and professional. Her response with quotes and pics were less than 1 hr. Truly can’t understand how there’s that much separation in customer service in the same business market. I ordered everything from the competing company.

When I began my bathroom remodel and was so overwhelmed with where to start and when my when I came to Ferguson that all changed. Lauren walked me through the whole process and I left the building feeling confident in this remodel process. Her knowledge helped make the selection process so easy! She got all of my plumbing fixtures to me in a timely manner and she was always available via phone and email. Definitely recommend coming here for any home updates. Ask for Lauren, she was great!

I love to go there and look, get ideas, I'm greater and , then I can browse.. at my leisure, make notes, meadure..then I just look up some one to answer questions.
I LOVE NOT BEING BOTHERED..not followed around.
If I wanted some one tailing me, adking questions.. I'd go to $1 stores.
I also like Hugh end.. I don't want to see my choice in a cheap rental house in the berg

This has to be the rudest store I've ever been too. Went in wanting to buy 2 sizable lights, having already purchased over 15k at this store. I guess because we didn't make an appt they feel they can ignore you. All 3 of the workers. The front counter guy said someone will be down shortly. Nothing for 20 mins, went upstairs, young women sitting at a desk-ignored us. Finally asked if she could help and I showed her the type of lights I was looking for. Barely acknowledged the pictures and said "yeah you could order online if you want." Her attitude and the other workers made us just leave. Went to Lights and More and spent our 5K there instead. I was astonished on how cavalier they were. Save yourself the time and trouble and shop elsewhere.

I stopped in today. I didn't realize that appointments were preferred. However, it wasn't long before I was assisted by Ginny. The showroom is quite impressive. They have so much more than I would have expected.I am remodeling our primary bath. Ginny had excellent knowledge of her products. Her suggestions made my selections so much easier. I walked out feeling like I accomplished so much. I will go back for future needs. Thank you, Ginny!

Beautiful showroom with lots of bathroom and kitchen choices as far as lighting and appliances, they even carry fans and mirrors, which we bought two bathroom mirrors for our master bedroom. They’re actually more of a medicine cabinet mirror with lighting attached on either side & go the length of mirror- mirror measures 22” w & 40/42” w. We are adding a single 4” recessed light on the ceiling (above each sink) for perfect make up application. I don’t believe the lighting on either side of the mirror will be quiet enough and that’s fine with me, I simply like the idea that we had additional lighting on the mirrors so we don’t have to hang lighting over the mirrors or sconce on either side.My husband is hanging these as we speak-I have limited space in my beautiful bathroom and these mirrors will be the icing on the cake once we add our items to interior of mirror cabinet. No clutter, yay!

We just left the showroom and felt like we were inconveniencing everyone we encountered. No one came up to us to help right away and everyone seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. I get it, it's Monday but if you don't want to be at work, don't come in. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I definitely will NOT be back. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service.

The show room is wonderful with soooo many possibilities. It's sensory overload. Go in with an idea of what you want or don't want and they'll help you narrow down your possibilities.

Shopping was easy, because of course they want your 55k, however getting your appliances is insane. I scheduled a pre-site visit 3x which no one ever showed to (so this is 3weeks waiting). Then they call the night before one of our scheduled pre-site appointments to schedule another pre-site appointment (because of course they didn’t actually write down the one I scheduled the week prior). I called back, sat on hold for 20 minutes before it finally rings through to say they are closed. I leave a voicemail explaining I am frustrated and just want my appliances. No one returns the call. I call back during my lunch break. I sit on hold 24 minutes. I’m told it will be another week before they can come- I tell them I don’t even want a pre-site visit. I will take whatever risk and please just bring my appliances because at this point I think they must be missing or something. They bring the appliances a few days later but of course it’s not perfect for install. We make the changes and my contractor lets them know. They call back 3 days later to schedule out ANOTHER week for install. So basically it’s been 5 weeks waiting on them and continuing to eat takeout. I would never shop here had I know. Avoid at all cost.

Ferguson is the worst. Zero respect for not damaging my cabinets. 3rd time out to install the dishwasher and still not done right.
