We recently renovated our guest bath and went to Ferguson to pick out a lot of the necessary items. They were amazing. Their showroom is well designed and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We got all the items we need and they arrived to our home quicker than expected. Highly recommend using Ferguson!

This place has terrible customer service. We ordered a sink and they sent the wrong size sink protector grate. When I inquired why, they said the correct size was discontinued but there was no communication. They said they could order a comparable replacement but no communication on if it was ordered and the tracking number.

Never again. This company went from great to awful within a few years. They have high-end appliances without high-end service. They try hard to sell, but once the sale is over, they make it quite difficult to contact them when there are issues...and there definitely are issues. We have purchased many very pricey items from this company. Several times the items arrived damaged or non-functional, and Ferguson's staff was never quick to remedy the issues. Thankfully there are plenty of other companies that carry quality products.*Update: I recently discovered that the response to this review I received was claimed to be from "the owner," when in fact it was the showroom manager. More deceipt. I would give zero stars if I could.

STAY AWAY! Once they get their $ you’re DEAD to them! Bought over 200K in appliances/fixtures. Sold me a discontinued wine cooler that never worked. Rather than replace they tried to fix- it’s been four months, STILL WAITING! Sold me a beer dispenser with no drain!! No interest in rectifying their fails. THEY don’t even know how to use their fancy Miele appliances. No how-to videos from either the manufacture or Ferguson. Think about it… I spent over 200K with this company and I AM NOTHING to them. What chance do you think you’ll have⁉️Try your best to buy from someone else.

Called to find out if they sell the type and sink we needed for an existing granite counter we have and was put on hold for 10 minutes. We didn't want to drive all tbe way there for 25 minutes if they don't. Had to hang up. Update: I got a message through yelp to email them, sent an email but they never responded.

Excellent selection of products. However, appliances used by staff or others to cook lunches and goods should be cleaned daily. Several upscale appliances were filthy and indicative of lazy efforts as well as disrespect for others.

Wife and I went to Ferguson's on Willow Ave. They have a beautiful showroom with many models of things for your house. We chose the Delta Lahara items for our master bath renovation. Our salesman was cordial and helpful.....but that's where it stops..... After placing our order had to call back as toilet was not delivered on day promised. After comparing our purchase of same items on Amazon, we could have saved about $400-$600 by ordering the same things on Amazon.When boxes were delivered from Ferguson, inspection found that 2 screws were missing for an overflow plate to the tub. The round plate costs $50. We called the salesman and he informed us that usually the plumber will provide the screws, but if we wanted to buy the two oil rubbed bronze screws it would cost $15.19 for the two screws. We went to Amazon and bought the plate and screws for $30 cheaper. Our lesson is learned.....Ferguson has to charge lots of money to pay for that amazing showroom. Will not return there.
