These people are the BEST! They went above and beyond to identify the part I needed. AND it was in stock! (I went to Home Depot and Lowes first. They didn't have the part I needed.)
Saved me over $100. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Fair price.
Will go there first next time I need plumbing anything.

Ray, Kevin and Ricardo Harrison were super helpful in assisting my company with a warranty water heater claim. They went far and beyond the normal customer service you see in your everyday store, not stopping until my situation was resolved. Best customer service I've received in a while. Thank you guys, Ferguson remains top tier! And it's due to the people they hire!

We were in dire need for a water heater, the old one caught on fire. It is still under WARRANTY, installed 3.5 years ago. After calling Ferguson's, Ware Blvd, Tampa, they confirmed they had the same model attheir store in Hudson. Drove there, nope, they don'thave it, there is none in the state of Florida, 85 miles round trip.....So, disappointing.How does this happen? Back to square1.
