I was referred to this store. I was very impressed with the way they helped me find the right shoe for my needs. They were not pushy in any way. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about each brand that tried on. I ended up getting Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23. Very comfortable for walking, working out, and drumming.

Went to this store to learn about the Hoka sneaker and figure out my size. Ethan greeted us warmly and was extremely knowledgeable about the shoe. He performed a gait assessment and picked out the perfect Hoka sneakers for me to try on. Ethan was kind, efficient, and it was evident that he took pride in his job. Would definitely recommended this store to anyone searching for their next pair of sneakers!

I need new sneakers for upcoming 5k training I will be doing. I was greeted when I came in and had help finding the right fit. The young lady who helped me watched me walk to help figure out what type of shoe (neutral, support etc.) would work best for my feet. She brought out pairs of sneakers and explained what they did and why she picked them. To help get a better feel to the shoe I was able to walk outside the shop to test the shoes. That helped me tell differences between each shoe and helped me pick a shoe. I went with a pair of ASICS. Just a heads up they are a bit more pricey than the retail value of the sneakers. I would shop here again when I need shoes in the future.

I live downtown St Pete. I called this location spoke to a young lady looking for a specific running shoe. She assured me that the shoe was in stock. I drive to Tampa to try on and purchase the shoe that I inquired about. However, not only did the girl lie about the she being there she also lied about the available sizes, thus wasting my phucking time on a Saturday afternoon with ZERO remorse. One would think that if you own a specialty store, you would hire professionals with a brain, instead of a brainless tits on a stick. For this reason I will never shop here again.

I went in very skeptical about finding any shoes and anxious about the interactions with a sales person. The gentleman that helped me could not have been any nicer or accommodating. I felt bad that none of the shoes were really working for me but he insisted that there was no need and kindly offered alternatives without making me feel like I was wasting time. I did not buy anything that day. The salesman seemed remorseful and genuinely wanted me to find the right pair of shoes just for me. I did not feel bad leaving and he wished me the best of luck. I left feeling productive because even though I didn't find exactly what I needed at the time I was able to rule out many options and very glad to find a wonderful place to go next time I need shoes.

If you need help finding the right shoe for your specific needs, this is the place to go. The customer service is top notch. The selection is unbeatable. After explaining what I was looking for, they pulled three options to try on and I found the perfect one within five minutes. It was such an stress-free experience. I highly recommend coming here for a personalized shoe-buying experience!
