Normally service is good. I go to many Fedex offices to get parts. This time I had to wait over 25 minutes to get a package. I was given the package right away but only one register could let me sign for it and had to wait this long because they were working with just one other customer at this register that allows packages to be digned out. There were 2 other employees there and 2 other registers, but only one register works to sign out packages. Really. I have signed out on any of the 3 there in the past. Finally got service and was told with the new system only the ONE register can now be used to sign out packages. I assume it is not a store issue but a company issue. Good job Fedex!

Unfortunately do not have anything nice to say about FedEx this time. I’ve used them before and never had any issues. Using this branch I had my family send me SEVERAL boxes after my mother passed away in April. All boxes containing the word FRAGILE and even some had stickers BUT they arrived to me with a ton of broken items. Not only does this show how careless some of these employees are (I am not blaming only the store but those who carried and delivered the packages) but also truly makes me so angry. So many items that meant the world to me are now not fixable and I have to toss. I will be following up with my FedEx store near me to see about insurance and how they are potentially willing or not willing to work with me. My family in FL that uses this store will be going in to confront them as well. I will post an update as soon as I get answers, good or bad.

I came into store number 1720 to fax some very important papers I went to the self-serve and had some difficulty and I became very frustrated, I complained to DIANA and she swooped in like a superhero taking care of everything right away While I stood there! Thanks again for the great service I really appreciated it.

I hate leaving this review but unfortunately I think people need to be aware of this before dropping in to print something. I came in to print 2 black and white pages on plain paper because my printer wasn't working. 25c per page, which is completely fine... but FedEx is apparently tacking on a mandatory $2.50 service charge for every job you walk in to get printed there. So I paid $1.50 per plain piece of paper with black and white ink. That's disgusting, FedEx.

The best place to deliver your packages, print and buy office supplies. I go every day to deliver the boxes for my business. the staff is super friendly and attentive. The printing machines are of very good quality. and economic. Excellent store

The Citrus Park store is excellent. I’ve had numerous times where the employees (and manager/owner) have gone above and beyond for me and other customers. Highly recommended.
