I just had a service today, May 28 around 3:30pm. The lady assisting me was super friendly and helpful. She’s so efficient that she moves around to help more than one customers while other customers are doing their tasks. Excellent experience today.

I had the pleasure of working with Wilmarie this week. She went above and beyond for us on some last-minute signs for our Cigar event at the Hard Rock. Our signs were perfect. It's always nice to work with people who give great service. She stayed late and got them to us! Thank you Wilmarie!

People in the office were fine but my 2 day shipping package was not delivered on time (or even 2 days late) and the recipient was out of town when I was told it could be delivered (3 days after the shipping I paid for). I asked to have it returned so it wouldn't be stolen or ruined and now I'm told I can't get a refund for a delivery that didn't happen because I got the package back eventually. I would recommend any other shipping company

Only fedex packages only stolen in the South Tampa area? I have no issues with Amazon, UPS and USPS.The drivers take a picture near the door step and it disappears right after. We get the notification 30minutes late. This is the W Lykes Ave area. Whoever pretended the delivery returned the package it's a health care kit.The managers! please do something about the missing packages problem in the area. Again I'm saying again it's always fedex that has bad delivery experiences.If you are the store manager communicate it to the delivery driver's manager. It just brings a bad reputation on you as a whole.
