WORST fedex ive been to. The are only 2 registers open and the staff are SUPER slow. i would avoid this location for now on until there is new staff here. Waited so long to be attended this is insane makes the experience so bad

Walked in to drop off package. Waiting to be acknowledged. And then I see the employee off to the side, playing on our phone or something I couldn't really tell.she was hiding behind a box. I said, hello. She walked over, grab my box, throw it down On the other counter, I walked around. Handed me my receipt.
Nothing to say just.... rude. Like I was bothering her at her job. God forbid she has to do it.

they wanted to charge me $8 extra to print an image six to a page instead of one to a page.

Just spent 40 minutes in the store for them to tell me their system is down and they can’t send my package. 40 MINUTES. It may not be the employee’s fault, but the lady helping me had to re-input the information 5 different times and made mistakes on the “To” name/address EVERY SINGLE TIME. Jesus Christ, basic grammar should be a prerequisite to work here.

I tried to get some help at the fed ex store on fowler Ave in Tampa with a question about scanning something on the computer and I was told they could not help me with anything to do with the computer if that is standard operating procedure then why have the computers in your store I call it no customer service

I am a frequent shipper from this location, I always use FedEx because their service is unmatched, and my packages always arrive on time. The staff here really go above and beyond. For instance, today while I was there, the manager brought an elderly man a chair to sit down while he waited. And Julian, who waited on me was nice, knowledgeable, and always shows me pricing options. I highly recommend this company and this location.

I went there before it turn 7:01 but they still denied saying it's closed. Having carrying the heavy box back to car isn't fun. Seems you don't need business. I'll ask seller to send me ups label

Quick and easy drop off of my phones to trying to ship them to Motorola was in and out in just a minute and all I had to do was scan my code no packaging necessary.
