The guy working the pickup window was friendly and this isn’t a review of him. FedEx as a whole sucks so bad. I never have issues with any other courier but the amount of times I’ve had to come to this location to pickup because their drivers don’t drop off or ignore business hours, etc is insane. This last time they locked my package in a container they’re not opening until Monday despite me calling and being assured I could pick it up. Use literally any other courier if you can.

6/21/24 My package was not delivered to my apartment, but my tracking# 275947348043 confirmed delivery. I went to my rental office to be informed the driver left the package there and told the property assistance he refused to walk up the stairs and deliver my package, so he just left it there an walked away, she didn't know what to do. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to carry a large box(bed frame). Customer Service stated they will reach out to operation, and I should expect an email response. No response. I called back, explained everything again, and was given a reference #c-14038425 and stated they would have someone out and deliver the package to my front door. The hub for my ground package is located at 8411 Floridian Minning Blvd, Tampa, Florida. How can this driver remain employed with this attitude and just leave the package there at the office? This leaves a liability on my complex maintenance team to move this large package into their office temporarily for me until this issue is resolved. FEDEX, come pick up this package and deliver it the address on the packing slip or return it to the sender who paid for the delivery service.

Terrible service, especially customer service. If your package goes missing, don't waste your time calling them because they will just have a robot talk to you. Also, no point in requiring signature since they'll just sign for it themselves and leave the package at whatever address they'd like.

Had a package delivered to their pickup location and it was put out to delivery for 3 days, then stated that it was declined by receiver and was going to be sent back to the original shipper... this was a 'signature required ' package. I rushed to the pickup location in the nick of time to get it before it was sent back... not the first time I have had to rescue a package in this fashion. Not good !

This review is specifically in reference to 1 employee. Lyn the manager at FedEx ground pick up in Tampa is exceptional! She went above and beyond to help me in locating and picking up a nightmare shipment. Her attitude and customer service was phenomenal ! I hope FedEx recognizes the exemplary employee that she is.

Driver did damage to my property. When I tried to report it it took 3 attempts to speak to someone I could understand. I asked to speak to a supervisor that didn't happen. When I explained what happened they said someone would contact me about the damages. That at didn't happen either. When I called them back they told me they had no record of my complaint. You get nowhere if you have a complaint. They are the worst I will never use them again.

Cannot say enough negative things about them. I.just.cannot.My shipping address is correct on the online portal but yet, the LABEL they made added two numbers and now who knows where my package is.This is the third time this has happened.My son's school uses them for apparel deliveries. If I had known that, I would have put him in a different school?
