If your package is somehow held for pickup here, be aware it is not a typical storefront, even aside from the very limited hours when they're open to the public. You may have to go through the employee entrance next to the pickup door, and ask security to notify staff that you are waiting.

Zero customer service. I have issues with almost every shipment I receive through FedEx. Damaged, incorrect, missing, late. The only thing I can look forward to is if its coming FedEx there's going to be an issue.
