Said I needed to be home to sign for a package between 1pm-8pm with no updates, then they didn’t even show up

I cannot stand this company, they came to deliver my package and left a slip then came back the next day where I signed the slip to release the package and left another slip. So frustrating then I called and they said I’d need to be there to release the package for a redeliver the same day and had to be home between 1pm-8pm so I’m sitting here for 7 hours and they never showed up. Absolute trash company. Don’t even give you a chance to make it to the door before they take off and can’t pick it up at their location which is what it seems I have to do every time something comes through fedex. Never have this probably with any other shipping company, hopefully they go out of business soon

8/10/24, I received a notification that my package was attempted to be delivered but it was unsuccessful. I found that to be strange because my package did not require a signature, I have no fence or pets. I check my cameras and your employee literally pulled up, sat for a second and then pulled off. Yall need to do better

Today I had a zipcode mixup that delayed my package for tomorrow. I went up to the adamo location for pickup. They said it was still on the truck. And they located the driver and got him to make a delivery to my home in 30 minutes from me leaving this location. I’m so thankful.

Everytime I have to use FedEx they do not attempt to come to the door to deliver, when I show up in store with their pick up ticket, they look at me like I have 5 heads And just continually repeat "I need a tracking number" even though I handed them. The fedex issued flyer with my tracking information on it, The staff is never pleasant and always seem bothered by your presence coming into the store, or the fact they have to do anything related to their assigned job title.

The driver arrived before the scheduled delivery time of 12:00pm-2:00pm. There was no knock on the door whatsoever. I’m literally sitting in my room waiting and when I check the tracking at 12:02pm. It says there was an attempt made at 11:58am. Now I have to wait until 5pm to pick it up from a shipping center. Your drivers are horrible and I will not be using FedEx in the future

I had an issue with a pick up delivery (my fault) and had to come by to pick up the package and reship it. Randy was incredibly helpful and took the time to find the package and help me out!
