Rude drive. Blocking my driveway for my business. Reporting him DOT. I am not sure what part of blocking someone’s business does he not understand.

Worst fexex around. The old lady in there is super rude and unhelpful. I dont understand how fedex has a location just to throw it away and make it compleatly useless by hiring people who are just rude and dont want to help their customers.. this is the second time i come here and this lady gives me an issue when all im trying to do is ship something out for my business! So now i have to drive 20 minutes to another fedex just because this lady choose to be rude and reuse to help.

THIS STATION WILL NOT HOLD PACKAGES.
The stars that I'm giving for the review are just because they make you pick something and while this might be a good station my severe disappointment with this station is that they don't hold packages. Every other FedEx Ship Center I've used allows for packages to be held (if they are FedEx Overnight or 2 Day) but this one refused my package and it took a couple of calls to find out where my package was and where I could pick it up (unfortunately, another station and not until the next morning making me lose a day of work while traveling).

Easily the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. Malignantly ignorant about even their own operations, broken app/website that is essentially useless when it isn’t just outright failing and phone customer service that requires you to scream at an “AI” for half an hour that never even hints at being helpful just to get to a live representative you can barely understand and STILL gives you the wrong pickup location for the package.
The world would be a far, far better place without FedEx. Please support your local post office.

Online it had drop off times as Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00. I arrived at 11:45 and a lady came out to meet the ups man and I asked which door… she said the other one, 20’ to my left. I walked over and stood there! No one came. I then see the sign in the door that says drop off opens at 12:00! The fact that I had just talked to her and she didn’t even tell me they wouldn’t be open for 15 min… not just be human and take my package to be kind since I didn’t know is what makes me lose heart in people! Where is the kindness in life and business?
