I just want to thank Julie for going above and beyond to help me track my package. My husband lost the receipt so we couldn’t track his package, she didn’t complain or get upset. She just started helping us and went above and beyond. Fedex, you have a good employee this is how a manager should act.

Melissa (worked the evening of 3-13-24) was a total rock star. She helped a couple of stressed out customers (us) get our package shipped after a failure of a pickup and after the normal drop off time at the store. She handled it like a pro, getting us ready in plenty of time to get it to the airport drop off point.
