Whenever we need to either receive or send a package, we usually go to the FedEx store. The customer service at FedEx has always been reliable, courteous, and customer-oriented. They have always been understanding of our requests and have been polite in their dealings with us.Another great advantage of using FedEx is that they are usually more affordable than other postal services - especially when it comes to sending out packages.

There is a FedEx closer to me and I will always come to this one.The customer service is unmatched and I know I'll get my orders quickly.Liz, Jeremy and Willie are all rockstars and I'm grateful for the work they put in.

ZERO STARS. the staff member I dealt with literally acted like it was the biggest pain ever to do his job. I said "thank you" and got a grunt as a response. Not even a word. Not a "you're welcome". Then I blew his mind and said "have a great day" I got nothing in return! Where is the service? I'll never go back.

The store is understaffed and the staff move like they are trudging through molasses. I have just been standing here at the counter while neither employee acknowledged me even though one completely made eye contact.

Typically come here when we have a package to mail out. Convenient location --- this is their new location and it's in the same plaza as Michaels. Latest visit was on a Saturday on our way to lunch -- there was a bit of a line however it went fast and we were out in no time. The staff were helpful and very friendly. They are requiring masks to enter and staff is wearing masks as well.

Rude, condescending and passive aggressive woman working behind the counter. I did not get her name, I thought it would be on the receipt. I needed to pack and ship a 10" x 20" x 1.5" painting. Not big. They did not have any painting boxes to mail paintings in even though they advertise they do. The girl gave me a large box to cut down. I said I would prefer to pack it myself (original painting and I'm a bit OCD). Apparently she was offended by this. She not only let me know I was "doing it wrong" the whole time I cut down the box, she even came over and told me "she didn't have another box to give me" - cause you know I was screwing it up so badly. I did a fine job - even scored the flaps so they bent properly - which she then let me know how much better she could have done it and I scored it all wrong (ps I'm a graphic designer - I know how to score - it wasn't perfect but it was very good). She spoke to me in a very condescending voice - like I'm 100 and completely inept and totally wasting her time - which btw I am in my 40's. Hey guess what - my cut down box came out just fine - no not perfect - but fine. While I was working on my box she loudly spoke to another employee the whole time about some guy she was texting and why won't he text her back!?! omg! Hmmm...I have an idea... So I paid for the box and left. I would not even let her mail it for me. I will go to my local USPS and have them do it. I doubt they will snicker and laugh and my shipping box. "Coincidentally" the part of the receipt that has the website and "leave a review" number was torn off my receipt. I assume she thinks that not only can I not box an item, I also don't know how to use the internet. Go anywhere else but here. It's unfortunate, since I am beginning a new business and will need to mail boxes quite often. But there are plenty of other competitors. Now I am done with this store and will never think of them again.
