Driver didn’t deliver my uniform.
I work nights and was home all day. When asked for proof of delivery. Was given picture of the ground. Did an investigation and was told “picture proves it was delivered” now I’m out money
And have to order a new uniform.
Don’t use this company!

I received a large box with a product I had ordered. This box contained my order and two packages for two other people. One for Clearwater and one for Dunedin. I am in Palm Harbor.Just to talk to a human being is almost impossible. The automated representative has no option for a situation like this. It's awful and almost insulting.I'm from Memphis and am very familiar with FedEx having done design work at one point. I thought they were more efficient than this.Not so sure SmartPost is a good name for this venture.
