Horrible. It said that the drop off location, Walgreens was open till 1am. I went to the Walgreens (830pm) the lady said they were just a drop off that they do not print or weigh so.i ran home (I'm literally 2 mins down the road) set up an acct paid for next Day by noon $50, printed my label ran back to Walgreens lady said sorry drop off cut off was 6pm but that really fedex is lazy and picks up whenever they feel like it. This has been the most aggravating experience ever as fed ex nor Walgreens refuses to accept responsibility for not saying what time was drop off cut off before I paid and printed a label.. the website should not allow a payment or label to be accepted after the cut off. This is awful service and I will never use fed ex again. UPS is way better and more transparent. And the lady at Walgreens is just kept saying I don't know and shrugging her shoulders didn't wven.know a phone nu.bwr to call fedex with my concerns. .I can't believe fed ex would partner with a store THAT talks ahit abt them and knows nothing abt their procedures or nothing that she would share with the customer .wow.. I wonder what she DOES know ?? Yet on her name tag it said lead manager? lead idiot maybe..save urself mo ey and aggravation use UPS.

They need to close at an exact hour. Not at 8:45pm. No reason to close 15 minutes until the next hour.
