THIS IS NOT A DROP POINT FOR FEDEX. Went to Walgreens with 2 FEDEX Express envelopes with hand written tare sheets and was told they DO NOT accept them and I would need to go to an official store... Don't waste your time with this location. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I was using FedEx to return an iPhone for an upgrade, and the team member working the register asked me overly probing questions about my package. "Is it a phone? What kind of phone? Who is the carrier?" I thought this guy was trying to see if the phone was worth stealing. I just got an email from Apple saying the box was empty. I firmly believe that a team member stole the phone.

When it comes to fast and personalized printing services, this is the place to get it. Whether I'm printing, creating banners or blowing up a photo from my phone, they've always delivered on time and with friendly courteous service.I don't bother going to Staples or Office Depot or other mom and pop printers anymore. I can rely on the staff at Fedex Kinkos on Dale Mabry Hwy and Kennedy Blvd. to make my work fast and easy!

Wrong item sent: I am temporarily disabled due to spinal fusion surgery.I ordered a 9x12 rug with delivery to my home from Bed Bath and Beyond. The delivery went well but the wrong rug was sent. I started the return process following directions on the BBBeyond website. I cant lift the rug, I am under Doctor's orders not to lift anything greater than 8 lbs and the only option was a Fedex pick-up.I called BBBeyond to ask for help since I had a spinal fusion 10 days prior and am not allowed to lift anything heavier than 8 pounds for 90 days. BBBeyond stated " we will make that notation in the request for pick up". Fedex arrived. They refused to pick up the rug unless wrapped in a protective covering such as plastic. I asked for assistance since I cannot lift the rug (it weighs more than 8lbs). The driver called a supervisor, and was instructed not to wrap the rug, and to refuse to return the item. I reached out to BBBeyond and explained what had occurred with Fedex and asked for additional instructions and escalated the issue to a supervisor. BBBeyond offered gift certificates but said there was nothing they could do about Fedex's policy. BBBeyond uses Fedex as a contracted service for returns. I asked Fedex what they would do if a customer was in a wheelchair and physically unable to complete the return? Fedex said they would make an exception and accommodate the request. They suggested a friend come over and provide assistance. This is unacceptable: how are people with permanent or temporary disabilities expected to return an item? Particularly during a pandemic? Particularly for the elderly who might be isolating? This is wrong and likely in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This also shows an egregious level of disregard for customers, and is simply a bad business practice. To make matters worse, at one of the most difficult moments of my life, 16 days post surgery (I need help putting on my socks and pants), having to deal with BBBeyond and Fedex reinforced feelings I am already dealing with: feeling helpless, dependent, weak, and vulnerable. I requested a supervisor escalate this issue at the corporate level and insisted that reasonable accommodations for people with temporary and permanent disabilities must be provided. Please remember that all of this mess occurred because BBBeyond made a mistake sending the wrong rug. This is their mistake to fix--instead, they have taken hours of my time and caused emotional distress. BBBeyond should be doing everything in their power to make this right, including at the very minimum: a full refund for the item (in addition to the gift certificate); an apology; an explanation of how they plan to do better by all their customers--including those with disabilities. BBBeyond and Fedex have showed an incredible level of disregard for customer care. This is unacceptable.

Do not go to this FedEx Kinkos. I repeat do not. I placed an order this morning and received a text that it was ready. When I arrived, they had four people helping with FedEx and one, literally one, person (the manager, David) sort of helping with the printing. I say "sort of" because he didn't really care how long the line was, nor was he interested in helping those who were there to pick up orders that were ready and had been paid for already. They obviously make more money on FedEx, and that must be the reason for their focus on shipping rather than printing. Go to Office Depot. At least you can just pick up your order when it's ready and you've paid. It is not worth the hassle at FedEx and they really don't care about your business.

My wife grew up in Tampa in the 80s/90s and said that this place has been here forever. It felt like that with the service I received tonight.I needed to print some labels for a memorial display for my mother-in-law that recently passed. I even let the person I was working with know that.I sent the file via an email with all the instructions... single-sided, cardstock, lamination, and a few cuts... one copy.He printed it on economy paper and handed to me what looked like the last run before needing an ink replacement. He said, "Is this good enough or did you want me to print it more clear?" I kept my composure but inside was like, "Are you freakin' kidding me?"I asked if he read the email and he did not, so I gave him the update and he went through the motions. He didn't cut the paper, and instead directed me to the cutting board. All said and done, 2 pages was around $9, so rest-assured, I will not be back. I still have to go home to cut the labels.I should've went to Office Depot as per my usual, but we were close by so I gave it a shot. Big mistake.

Previously, I always tried to use the USPS for shipping things. However, in the last year, USPS has become very unreliable, so I have switched to UPS and FedEx for important shipments, as both have good track records, FedEx especially. This site is very large and airy. I hate the parking lot (narrow spaces) and location (coming from South Tampa, you either have to U turn on a busy street or do a bunch of zig zagging to get there), but honestly, I don't like the nearby UPS locations much better. I find that the employees here are helpful and pleasant.I already had a printed shipping label, so I just needed the packaging (thankfully included with the cost of express shipping). I didn't bring tape, so they helped me tape on the label. She also gave me a coupon for discounted printing services, which was nice.
