Kali and Keith at my local FedEx are amazing. I ship out 10-15 packages a week and they help make it a smooth easy process. Not all locations offer the same level of customer service so I don’t go to any other location.

Nicest and most knowledgeable staff I've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. Kyla in particular is wonderful and deserves a raise. Everybody there does, but her most of all. I was having a pretty rough day and a trip to FedEx somehow was what turned it around for the better, whodathunk. Out of my 90 errands I had to run today, this one was the best. Going here and only here from now on for my printing/shipping needs.

I had passport photos taken at this site 5 weeks ago, and then received a letter stating the US Dept of State could not complete my passport due to having my glasses on. I went back yesterday to redo and stated they should really advise people how to take these properly to avoid this issue which now means more delay for this. No apology from the people I told this too and I paid twice for something I should have paid once for. They offer this service, but clearly are not knowledgeable about doing this right.

I came to this location to bind some books and I was greeted by Johnathon and Nia. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I had all my questions answered. Johnathon bound my book quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return here if I need any other services and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.
