“Generally the people who are in this place are very friendly. Dr. Núñez goes without saying, he dedicates the time that the patient needs and provides quality and warmth care. However, today I had an appointment and the new blonde girl, I think her name is Anaí, who is in front, treated me rudely. Which I believe the patient should be treated with respect. She had an appointment for today and she wanted to change it to another day because according to her, the system generated her to another clinic, as if that were my business. Then I show him that yesterday I received another message that the appointment was in Brandon and he tells me that the clinic no longer exists, but it seems like the system they have is lax.Then the word jumped out at me and he told me that I have a bad character. The truth is that it is a shame that this person addresses himself this way. They are there to provide a warm service to the patient. And I very rarely take the time to write, and this is the first time I do it because I believe that people come to this clinic to receive a service.I hope situations like these do not happen again. I am aware that we are only human beings, that we are not perfect and we make mistakes. But this person doesn't even have ethics, if you skip the word and tell me that I have a bad character, I consider you to be a disrespectful person. When you work in a clinic that treats patients for different health situations, you must be professional.I hope you can improve positively for the benefit of patients and also for yourselves as workers.”

The patients feel and the closeness they feel with the patients . I applaud the front desk girls who make appointments , the referral coordinator who is always up with busy job , the medical assistants who have patience and a great sense of humor and a big plus for the nurse practitioners . Dr Fernandez is always so calm , patient and listens . His RX ‘s go out right away and if waiting for a return call it is usually within 1/2 day. In a world where healthcare is just a number and run my insurance this office shows a bit more care”

“Recently visited Dr. Kolanko and was very impressed with his expertise and knowledge as well as his patience and kindness. I had gone to specialists and another primary care physician and they were helpful but didn't really understand nor treat my condition effectively. Dr. Kolanko listened very patiently and prescribed a medication for IBS that finally and totally obliterated the pain I had been experiencing for months.
