They have no buggies and the shelves are almost empty...and some days they are closed when they are supposed to be open

It's a basic family dollar store. Nothing much more. I deducted a star due to Absolutely No shopping carts. However, the store was clean, and staff was friendly and helpful. The shelves were stocked.
