Hello, good morning, I would like the manager of this place to see this comment. I came to this store today to make a purchase for the mothers and the worker of this place, along with the cashier, treat the women very badly. people, they are racist, me and my partner and my friend came to make a purchase and they treated us very badly and another man who was also shopping treated her very badly and we couldn't make the purchase, we canceled everything we were going to buy just like the other lady and we left that place, very bad treatment, they are racist, I do not recommend it at all.

The store manager Teresa is excellent! Unfortunately a couple of the employees there need alot of training on customer service because either they lack home training or are just unprofessional. The guy there that goes by the name Git stands around with hands inside his pants (disgusting), he closes the store early when he feels like it. I went once at 20mins to close & he refused to service me! He talks down to me in front of other customers (completely inappropriate ) and he w/Evelyn another employee be speaking under their breathes about us customers! I was a very loyal customer. Would spend anywhere from $200-$600 a week in that store, surely spent enough every week to cover atleast one of their salary! Now I spend less then $20 and go only if it’s an item that is a necessity for me to have! After today’s event of him talking to me disrespectful in front of an entire store full of customers, I more then likely will not ever return until he is gone!!!

Employees attack and harass Hispanics. In addition to this, the young man with dreadlocks is violent and has already attacked several customers outside the store. Dangerous place.

I don't like that place, there is a blonde American lady who couldn't take her eyes off me, I had money to pay, it was very unpleasant, I won't go back again.

The manager is very rude and her co worker Trevor. I have seen them argue and insult a customer about a sale price that the store still had on their shelves. It was a week old the sale price. They did not put down the sales price from last week. The customer was not at fault. As a manager of the store. She should have taken down that sale price and honor it. She insulted the customer about it and didnt honor it. The customer was obviously upset about being insult in front of other customers. Then family dollar employee named Trevor wanted to fight the customer. That was wild. I'm not ever going back to this store after I have seen.

The tall guy with the dreads and hoodie is always very helpful and the girl the has the facial piercing as well. Love shopping there when they are on shift.

I pulled up to the front of the store where the managers boyfriend was parked knowing the store closes in 2 minutes and I just needed to grab my baby wipes after grabbing our little Caesars pizza, the manager was outside smoking with a co worker and her man she approached me telling me I cannot park there meanwhile her boyfriend was parked in the no park zone as well she was very aggressive with the door propped open we literally almost got into a fight she claims to be the manager and that’s her store once I was going to back my car up “a little bit” she was screaming and yelling that I couldn’t be in her store she had to be obviously high but impaired I go to this family dollar all the time I will not return and I will contact cooperate she is remarkably disrespectful! She wore a bonnet, normal clothes she’s African-American maybe early 30s maybe 5’6. Respect yourself more than that! 3/10 at 8:58pm

The employees do not know how to mess with the cash register. The redhead manager employer is truly rude I told them that I wanted to pay with two cards charged me on one and overdraft me . Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my money back to be able to buy the things that I needed. Had to leave everything there walk out with nothing. Because they don’t know how to mess with the cash register. I’m very aggravated and how it was so easy for her just to cancel everything instead of letting me take what I was already paid for shows what an unhappy person this lady is how would you leave her as manager has no customer service .

Refused to take back a return from their Dale Mabry store. Unrealistic to drive to the other store for $5 refund. This should be listed on the receipt by corporate or at least taped to this store’s door, with all the other randomly taped signs.
