Check this out. Extra Space Storage was able to rent me a storage unit at a fraction of what I'm paying currently. Scott at the facility over on S Falkenburg Rd in Tampa set me up. I even got a first floor unit so won't have to deal with elevators anymore. This will seriously save me a ton of money. If you are getting gouged by your current storage company, check these guys out!

Excellent. Clark was the consummate professional. Walked me to 2 buildings to show me options. Discussed space & timeline. Answered all my questions. Efficient, thorough & clear. Highly recommend. Preferred this location too.

Revising my review: it started out perfect with pleasant and prompt services. I rented a storage expecting to keep it for at least 6-10 months. After about 3 months, they sent me a notice of price increase. Now I am charged $77 more per month for the rest or until they hit me with another increase! If it was like 10% increase, that would have been a different story but it is pretty disappointing with the situation I am dealing with because they know I can’t just move my items and cancel the storage today. I’d have expected a better price for a longer term and should have read other reviews. If you need a storage for a longer term, you should consider this. Hope it helps.

Had a good experience with this storage facility. No issues. Move in move out was easy. The provided carts helped a ton. Easy access first floor.

I stored my car at this location in Tampa! They were great to work with! Manager Scott was very helpful on a day where I had to have my car picked up. It wouldn’t start and he was great in letting me stay in the office until the tow truck came, and was very accommodating, I will definitely use this location again - thanks for the awesome service!
