I went to pick up a car at the IAAI in Burlington VT, and I couldn't load it because the dispatch said run & drive and it wasn't true, I paid a storage fee of $125.40 and they didn't want to pay me, beware of the business they do with this company.

Went here cause of a vibration issue I had with my 02 Toyota Echo. Was told by another shop I needed a catalist converter and tune up . Was quoted almost $600. Got a second opinion from this company and was told it only needs a tune up and a coil pack. Was quoted a price hundreds of dollars cheaper and my car runs so much better. I'm very pleased.

I have used these people for years for towing ,they are great. They are always on time and they do what they say they're going to do. Very reasonable rate
