Terrible!!! a paramedic was scheduled to come to our house today Sat. June 8 at 7:00 AM but he/she did not show up . After calling their toll free and the local number we found out they were all closed on weekends. ONLY at 8:54 AM one of them called to say that my appointment was cancelled by the insurance co. Why didn't call me earlier? She gave me all kinds of bulls excuses. Bottom line: It's bad, very bad customer service.
