Due to the nationwide backlog in shipping, most shipments are slow or delayed. However, the way David from Estes final miles local agent handled business was very professional and he took it upon himself to fulfill a promised delivery schedule. Wow! When my shipment didn't make it to the truck's capacity for the day, David made a special trip to deliver our shipment. Our package was a very heavy and fragile pc workstation and David took extra care of it not to be damaged. That's beyond 5-star customer service. Thank you very much!

I cant even create an account for my self i have to have a company account number and a company just to see more than a shipping update on the estes website. You need to make it an email and password as an account it's so much easier

When I first found Estes SureMove, I was skeptical of them due to how much cheaper their quote was than other companies like Upack (I'm talking $1,200 cheaper). If everyone was at a certain price range and they came in so much lower, it must be for a good reason, right? WRONG. Estes SureMove was so easy to work with. No money was required beforehand, and truck deliveries and pick ups were all in the scheduled time frames. We had to have the same-day pick up after unloading due to regulations where we live, and Estes even makes this extremely affordable. I only have wonderful things to say about Estes. While I hope I do not have to move long distance again for a very long time, I know who I will be working with if I do! I 100% recommend this company.

Was skeptical at first as it was a last minute decision and no one I asked had used Estes Sure Move but for the price we gave it a shot. Everything was right on time as promised and worked perfectly for us. Ramp on the trailer is a bit steep but would certainly use again!!!

I used Estes for a move across the country and couldn’t recommend them enough. Although we packed the trailer ourselves, using some boards and Tetris ingenuity, we were able save space and ultimately save money. I would highly recommend Estes Sure Move if you want a price like uHaul, but not the hassle of having to drive it all the way to your location.

Estes was easy to work with. Once they quoted their price it didn't change unless you used more or less space. They arrived early with our furniture and picked up the truck early so it wasn't just sitting there. We will definitely use them on our next move.

If you are willing to load and unload the trailer, (which they give you 3 days to load and another 3 days to unload) it is a great, very economical way to move. They are very accommodating. DO NOT USE A BROKER, contact them directly.

A truly great experience. The one thing in our move that was exactly as described. We way underestimated our total packing needs at 22' of trailer. We ended up pushing the very last item on-board as we barely closed the overhead trailer door. Estes was absolutely cool with us leaving the provided load bars, partition and even the ramp under the trailer and heading to our new home. They charged exactly what they said for the extra space we used and no extras for the pickup of their gear at the origin or separate ramp delivery at the destination. They delivered the trailer 1250 miles away exactly on the morning of the day they said they would. You cannot get a 26' trailer of space any cheaper and with great customer service anywhere. Highly recommend Estes!
