NICK, IS THE WORST!!!! Enterprise “customer service representative”I have encounter so far since my new welcoming into the enterprise rental family. I try to be very understandable as there’s a lot going on in today’s world, representative like Nick is a big part of the problem where the Equation needs to be solved Heads up anytime someone is requesting for you to leave a review that’s a red flag your outstanding service along if provided will leave you great reviews. Nick simple does not know how much time and money I have lost from simply visiting your location your location travel from Orlando to Tampa on 4 hours of sleep which explains WHY I forgot to unlock my card. As Iam trying to move back home to Tampa, this location is in the area and which I will be moving to so I want to test things out, as I was seeking with business here on contrary, lost my business, and I will just have to try another location you are another employee who does not represent the vision or mission of your companies brand but yet are tearing down both businesses causing them to lose a lot of revenue. Thank you for the huge set back and for the record get more knowledgeable about your position especially when your there 40+ hours a week because people can tell when you’re just giving him the runaround and yes, I did leave you a review as you requested, provide by your fake customer service. And don’t judge a book by its cover Thanks for being the worst part of Enterprise Veteran Ford. (P.S if you dislike your job so much try a career is which you will make someone day instead of inconveniencing them.) clock-in + doing nothing = poor business and your doors closing or better finding your replacement(you did not even know that I return a rental the night before just to make your reservation on Tampa, i could have just got another with higher rate in Orlando which I had to do any ways on top of the unnecessary cost and time I took to do business at this location you are a fraud that why you could not understand legitimate, hard-working people that think, outside the box, and not typical and Play-Doh like yourself

My sister reserved a passenger van and just because she missed their call to confirm, they rented it to someone else, so we were left stranded without any vehicle for our weekend trip! So why the f@#% do you make reservations in advance! Thank you National Car Rental for saving our family reunion!

The staff last was not helpful and did not give full information. I deal with Enterprise almost daily and now I see the issue people talk about. Went to Avis and had no issues what so ever. I used to not choose other companies since I thought Enterprise was the best but now I will try the others first.

Had my car totaled, was sent here by the person who hit me’s insurance company for a rental. Needless to say I was treated horribly by the rude manager in training. Showed up and explained why I was here and I was told “I have no cars for you step aside.” And advised me to give way to a paying customer I suppose I was treated poorly because I was here via insurance claim. After having to explain my case and pushing the issue the rude person at the counter actually made an attempt find my information and give me my rental car. They then asked if I knew how to drive a hybrid I said no no hybrid please but was essentially told I was out of luck I told them I was also willing to wait but to no avail. Was told my rental agreement would be emailed to me, never received one had to go back for it. Awful horrible service.

Recently I needed help obtaining a rental due to mechanical issues with my car. I was helped by Megan, Abigail, and Marissa. They were helpful, transparent and reassuring. The service was great and the process was easy.Thank you team.

If you want to rent a car, get away from this place, a huge waste of time, horrible internal policies that do not exist in any other rent a car in florida, poor service, whoever is at the reception has no idea what to do!!! !!

Traveling through the process of getting my car fixed, I've had to deal with Enterprise and their different locations for the last several weeks and let me tell you... I have been nothing but impressed with every single one of their locations and employees. ALICE AND LIZ, who work over at the Sheldon Road location in Tampa was absolutely helpful in every single way possible: Incredible customer service. A real desire to help and to help me save money, which they could tell was desperately needed on my part. I truly truly feel that they where looking out for me and my needs and was extremely patient and understanding when it came to my present situation. I would strongly suggest that if you live in the area, you should rent from this location.

I must say that I truly appreciated the staff at this li'l gem of an enterprise. The manager Liz worked with me to get the best deal. She helped go through the details and accommodated with my financial situation at the time. She was so patience and thorough in breaking down each option and price point for me. Liz, I am so grateful to you and your staff.

Beware! I was quoted $30.00day for a rental and when I went to drop off the car he told me it would be $40.00day. I explained to him that I was quoted a different price and he indicated that I would have to talk to the guy that quoted me the price after he charged me $40.00 day. I asked him if he could help me out “he said no that I need to talk to the guy that quoted me”. So much for customer service! Make sure you have your price in writing before you rent the car. I was pleased with the service until this happened. I will not be back to this location! I was planning on renting from them each week for work but I will take my business elsewhere.

Rented a car yesterday. The manager was a big help. Gieco sent me to wrong location. They didn't have my reservation there so he gave me his ride home and took an Uber! He was very helpful.
