The biggest rip off..do not use. Hidden fees everywhere. Long lines and if you live in Florida, it is not unlimited miles. This place is a big joke. Terrible fraud happening here...

When I got in an accident my insurance company arranged for Enterprise to take of my rental. They were informed of the situation and were ready to take care of my needs. The team member took my information and showed me the vehicle I was going to be taking for the duration of my repairs. Excellent service. They even drove me to the repair shop when my vehicle was ready. Great job.

I've been an Enterprise customer for 6 yrs. and have rented from several different locations in several States. This location is the absolute best! They are personable and overall genuinely care about their customer retention. I recommend this Town N Country location to everyone A+

Used their services for a rental when my car was in the auto shop due to a collision. It was a smooth process. Professional and friendly staff and I given a nice, clean low-mileage SUV for my rental. Was happy with their services.

Phenomenal service. I did a one-way trip from this location to a Miami enterprise location and got hassled in Miami over a dent I did not create. This location collaborated with me to rectify the issue and made the process much less stressful than it could’ve been otherwise.

I had great experience with this place. Q was amazing. She took care of everything very professionally. She even gave me a ride to go pick my personal vehicle back up. Great customer service and and amazing personality!

manager is a thief . he stole my belongings out of the car , also told me because I was black he didnt want to assist me and have better things he could be doing. I contacted corporate they took his side Because they are clearly racist too . they seen em on camera getting my belongings out of the trash , the manager had my iPhone charger on his desk plugged in the wall as if it was being used. corporate said they aren't responsible for lost or stollen items.but what do you do in a situaution where the MANAGER is the one dong the stealing

I'm lucky I have a rental car place close to where I live when I had my car accident. They got my claim information right away and were expecting me when I arrived. They were pretty thorough and up front with me about the car I would be using for the next three weeks, including how I was going to be billed. They were also friendly on approach and didn't seem like they were bothered or hurried when I had a lot of questions to ask. Everything here is pretty straight forward. I was able to easily drop the key off in the drop box overnight and walk the rest of the way home. (They could have drove me to and from the location, but because of my schedule and lifestyle, I have to do everything at night. But it's nice to know that's always an option). They managed to call me for a follow up the next day to ask me how my experience was as well as confirm that I did indeed turn in the key. Glad I could depend on them on a rather stressful time period.

My wife and I rented a vehicle for a week to go on vacation to TN , on our way back home a rock hit the passenger side window - leaving the window damaged . We dropped the car off and paid out of pocket for the damages $1,000 , was told that if the damages did not exceed $1,000 we would receive and phone call on 12/2 to process a refund . We did not receive phone call/voicemail/email nothing . So my wife calls today 12/8 to see what was going on with the situation and the Assistant Manager (Savanna) states they owe us a $600 refund and they can process it today 12/8 . Where is the customer service ? If you tell the customer you will call them on certain day/date then do just that . So I called and spoke with Savanna and let her know about my frustration with their customer service . She proceeded to tell me they tried to contact my wife on Thursday 12/1 , we have no missed call/voicemail/email from them on either of our phones/email . Refund payment should have been processed a week ago with or without a phone call . We didn’t hold out on $1,000 deductible when we had to pay for the damages therefore you should not hold a refund that is owed to the customer .To the General Manager (Taylor) and Assistant General Manager (Savanna) please do better when handling complaints - an easy apology goes a long way . Remember you are in the people business .
