the people that work here are so rude! i stood at the eyewear counter for about 25 minutes as the gentleman was assiting 1 customer and he never once said "excuse me while i assist this customer". he just ignored me the entire time until a woman walked up and assisted me. she was nice until i picked out a pair of frames and asked if they had another color in-store or online. she didnt even bother to look so i looked it up on my phone in front of her so we can see the options on frame colors and she just walked off right in front of me! Not the first complaint ive had about their employees, but they hire the most rude, tasteless, unprofessional people ever!

This is the closest NM to Sarasota. I needed to exchange my Cassandre WOC (uneven stitching) bought at Neiman's in Va. I called to make sure they carry the brand before driving an hour north. The SA was incredibly helpful. I was passed the 10 day return window but she asked the manager if I could exchange to a different bag since they didn't have the color taupe available. After trying on a few small purses, I decided on a Lou Lou toy. Had to pay a few $$$ for the difference but I'm much happier with the new purse. My SA also invited me to check out the very limited stocked in house Chanel boutique. I wanted to try on a small trendy but didn't have any. Love how accommodating everyone was.

Not my home Neiman. Had a much larger variety of the items I normally look for when I shop. I purchased a beautiful pair of McQueen heels that were on sale. Upon entering the store there were two men with no shirts on. Sales associates were helping them as if nothing was wrong. Lol.

Neiman Marcus has great stuff. I love the displays and the great selection of sunglasses. I also like the Christmas ornaments they sell every year. Must visit here more often.

Neiman Marcus at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is great place to shop for clothing and much more. I really like the location and atmosphere of this store and all of the different items that they have available. The staff here is very attentive and available to help you when you need it. Good shopping experience here.

5 for clean store n i was greeted as i went in. Shoes n clothes are top notch brand name n designer ware. If u can afford 200-600 for a pair of shoes? Like ouch! Store must suffer from shoplifters cuz some of the high end stuff is bolted or tied with steel wires! This is not a joke!! I never seen that before! Unless the clothes come to life at night? Lol for 300+ for a top? They better clean my house n cook me dinner. Lol 5 star also cuz nobody was rude or anything. They let me be n only approached me when i kept taking pictures of the same cool shoes!

This one probably falls under the category of "oversharing on the internet." I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Raymond in the women's department. He did all the wonderful things we love Neiman Marcus for; started a room, brought me water, he even undressed a mannequin that was wearing the last Alice + Olivia mini dress in black (that I simply needed) for me to try on. I didn't purchase the dress. What I did find was jeans. Something I haven't purchased in a looooooong time and most certainly not since gaining (a lot) of weight (that I needed to). It took me a couple dozen sniffles, a hand squeeze or 5 from my husband, and a lot of patience but I was successful. When I was finally making my final purchases Raymond made note of the jeans and commented that the maker is a great choice for jeans with a shorter inseam. I told him it was my first time buying jeans after gaining a lot of weight. It's not a big deal or anything but what he said actually made me cry. It was the first time I have said something about gaining weight and instead of being met with "oh haven't we all" or "don't worry you can lose it again" or even something kinder(?) like "but you look great!" he gave me the knowingest look and said calmly "good for you" and then he smiled and moved on with the conversation. His kindness and patience from the start are worthy of sincere kudos and corporate congratulations. His impact on my life will not soon be forgotten and I can assure you, we will be lifelong shoppers. Thanks, Raymond. BONUS STARS: He didn't give me a hard time when I declined a bag for my garments and let me leave without one, which is rare behavior from higher end stores.

So we come here very often to buy, my husband got a pair of dolce & gabbana shoes and they had a manufacture issue and they would not allow you to exchange it, so $800 shoe with no type of back up or warranty? No thank you! Not q luxury store, don't buy here

Very clean and well organized. They keep everything very pristine here. They carry high-end names and brands, and the pricing matches with that business model. The staff was very friendly and I was greeted by several employees as I walked through and looked. They are taking COVID seriously with signage and employees all properly wearing their masks. Bathrooms were also very clean. Overall: AGood location for the chain - clean, organized and friendly staff.
