“I had some issues with the data and Speakon jacks in my Kemper Profiler and attached Camplifier (guitar sampler and amplifier combo unit). I couldn't find anyone willing to tackle this special high-end unit. Willie took it in and made it work great. I got this from my buddy who is a seasoned, touring guitarist and this unit had many highway and air miles on it. Willie cleaned it up inside and re-soldered a few of the connections that weren't so good. Works like a champ and solid for more gigs down the road. I highly recommend these guys for your audio repairs.”

“I have an iPod Touch that I dropped and was told by someone else that it could not be fixed. For a year, it sat in my desk. Finally I took it to GadgetBucks and worked with Chang. I was so impressed with how quickly he was able to tell me he could repair it and in fact it was ready for me that same day. And, the price was extremely fair. He also was very patient with all my questions on this issue as well as providing assistance with other questions I had regarding an external backup option. “This is my 2nd time going I only had 30 mins for lunch and they’re only a 2 minute walk away from my work and they fix my screen, under 10 minutes leaving me with 16-18 minutes left for lunch??????? other places takes at least an hour or on a rare occasion 30 minutes. I've brought two Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phones here to have the screen protector replaced and they've done a stellar job each time.
With each Z Flip phone, after about six months or so the phone's factory-installed screen protector inevitably pulls away from the crease in the center, making it impossible to read what is on the phone screen under the crease. This happened four times over two years on the Flip3, and has now happened twice in the past year on the Flip5.
Until Samsung fixes this issue, I will continue to bring it to this store: they make my phone look brand new each and every time. And today's repair was done in just 10 minutes. You guys rock- Thank you!”
“GEM Services is defiantly the place to go if you need a TV repair. We previously used them to repair a TV and they were Very fair, Honest, and Reasonable! So we had another TV that we were ready to throw away, but remembered about GEM services....thank goodness we did. We called Eddie and explained the problem and he said to bring it in, and at NO cost would check it out.....who even does that these days. Well, long story short, the TV was fine, Eddie charged us Nothing, like he said, because and the problem ended up being the new Chromecast we bought! Eddie's customer service is Amazing and in this day and time, extremely Rare. Thank you, Eddie, you saved us a lot of money, because we didn't need to buy another TV!”

“Dropped off a QSC K12.2 for a power issue....I figured it'd take a few weeks at least just to get it looked at... next thing I know 3 days later they called and figured out the issue and it was fixed a few hrs later! $60 diagnostic fee which applies to the repair....and 120 day warranty....very impressed with these guys!”
