Ordered a bike rack from them. Shipping took a while and the rack showed up missing parts. Had to try and cancel my purchase through paypal to get them to acknowledge it and get the parts. Now im waiting for the replacement parts to ship from china. I regret purchasing from this company.

Don't buy from these guys. It's worth the extra $50-$100 to buy straight from the manufacturers. Electric Boarding CO is using bait-and-switch tactics on their pricing. I ordered a Nanrobot D6+ 2.0 scooter at the advertised Labor Day sales price of 1279.00. A week later, after they processed my payment and took it from my account, I received an email saying they were out of stock of the Nanrobot D6+ and they were canceling my order. Yet, they were still selling this exact model advertised online for many days after, still advertised at 1279.00, but now the price has gone up to 1599.00 when you add it to the cart, and they list they have multiple units in stock if you want to now pay 1599.00. My money has still not been stent back to me, and I have now missed out on taking advantage of light sales elsewhere. Of course, I wrote the co. I got no reply to my message, so I called. I was surprised I got an answer based on the other reviews. The sales rep confirmed that they did indeed have multiples of the scooter in stock, but they were not going to sell them at the 1279.00 price anymore, and I had to pay 1599.00. When I asked to speak to a manager, the phone rep became very rude and said I couldn't speak to a manager. After pushing for a manager, the rep said the best he would do was send a chat message to a manager to let them know what was happening. When I asked how I may communicate with the manager, the rep hung up on me! I spent the rest of the day trying to call the company back, but they would no longer answer the phone. The whole thing is very upsetting and I can't believe this company is allowed to do business using these types of tactics. So, I left an honest review on their website, but they refused to publish it, so you can't trust their reviews there. I decided to file a Better Business Borough complaint. The BBB agreed with me and accepted the case. I wish I had checked with the BBB first, so many complaints filed against them! Run from this store!

Ordered a bike rack and they got the payment immediately but I never heard anything and to try to get ahold of them was almost impossible. Started to get cold feet and started a complaint to get my money back but waited a few weeks, and my package finally arrived. Good prices but poor customer service.

Poorly run company. I ordered three things that showed as available. The ebike came, but has a brake line that needs to be bled (ie. need a bleed kit and directions). It is a new bike and shouldn't be delivered with issues and if there are issues, they should address them. I also ordered the rack, but had to cancel after they said it was delayed and would be there by the weekend most likely, but then couldn't provide any timeline once the weekend was near. Additionally, bought knee pads and were told the ones I ordered weren't in stock so had to settle for lower quality ones. They were supposed to refund me $10 due to the price difference, but said they couldn't figure out how to refund it so they only gave me a store credit. Don't recommend doing business with them as it will be more of a headache than it is worth.

With every gamble with online purchases, you take a risk in the company. And I just got it an hour ago, so hopefully, it makes me want a bike from them. But I love it. It really smooths up hills and is really safe going down, only stopped because it needs charging.

This is my third electric skateboard from, Electric Boarding Co. I've never had an issue. If I ever have a question, regardless of how important it is or is not; Erin is very fast to reply. At no time, during any of my purchases, have I ever felt like there was anything dishonest or shady happening, I only buy my boards and parts from EBC., Whenever possible, I could not recommend them any higher.

I ordered a +$700 electric skateboard for my son and after a couple weeks of buying it, it just stopped working mid-ride. There’s no damage or anything done to the board. My husband has called and left multiple messages and I have emailed them through the contact form on the website twice and no response. I can’t believe I just spent all this money for nothing! We are livid!! Don’t do business with them!!

I navigated to electric boarding Co website to purchase what looked like the available Zeus carbon Pro. I completed the purchase and I went to bed a very happy camper. Not even 24 hours later I receive an email from Erin who is the entire department of customer service apparently, stating that the board was not in stock. I was provided with a list of alternative boards which were lower tier level. So I replied by asking for a refund. I emailed two or three more times and then called and and it went straight to voicemail. I have not gotten a response yet I'm very unhappy.

I bought/recieved my Himiway Cruiser, 750w, back on Oct. 2nd, 2020... It's now May 10,.2023 as I post this... I put 52+ miles on it the first day of riding it... Can't believe how much fun it was! So so many people inquired as to where I bought it, how much it cost, shipping time, ect. ect... Electric Boarding Co. is what I tell them! The same make of bike, here where I live in Oregon, costs ALMOST DOUBLE what I paid for it thru E.B. Co. I have now put over 1500 miles on my ebike, approaching 1600 mi... Can't thank you all enough for the experience of a life time! I'm 61yrs old, ride it every day, all over the place!!! Can't wipe the smile off my face! ( I think it's permanent!) I've seen ebikes like mine, different brands tho, on my rides, and people are shocked, as am I, as to the price I paid for mine, and their price they paid! I'm happy with my bike, happy with Electric Boarding Company for all they've done to make me happy. As if I could get even happier! Lol thank you, one and all! Thank you!

I’ve had a horrible experience with both EBC and Meepo. I bought the Meepo Hurricane back in February. Being unsure about which brand to get ( Meepo or Evolve) I spoke with an EBC customer service representative before I purchased and they steered me towards the Meepo product over the Evolve. I received the board promptly after I ordered. Less than 2 weeks after I received, the charger failed. When I reached out to EBC they tell you to deal with Meepo ( out of China). I also researched the issue and found a few posts on some obscure redit blog that there are problems with the charger. Meepo has done a great job scrubbing the web for bad press. What a scam. It’s been a month and Meepo gives me a tracking number that shows it’s still in China after 3 weeks. I would highly recommend that you stay away from EBC and Meepo. I hate getting ripped off like this.
