save your time and take the drive to brandon ford….these people will either a) do not know what’s going on or b) never get back to you. i filed a warranty claim MONTHS AGO, no matter how many times i call regarding the part im waiting on either no one knows what im talking about or no one answers the phone….. save your time and money people

This dealership advertises prices on their website and then tells you in order to get the advertised price you have to purchase the "optional" items that are not worth the $2,995 they charge and you must finance through them. As an educated consumer as soon as I heard this, I got up to leave, but the sales manager came out to speak with me. He tried to tell me that he would sell me the car for the advertised price even though the salesperson just told me they only offer the low price because consumers have to pay for the $2,995 in "options". At this point I did not trust anything they said and was just trying to make up excuses to leave. He proceeded to try and hard sell me, make dumb faces at anything I said, then crumpled up the deal sheet as I left, which all solidified my gut feeling to leave earlier. I knew they would pull the price later or mark up my finance rate on the backend to make up for their $2,995 "optional" items.
Take your business to another Ford dealer, there are plenty in the area.
