***do not purchase from elder ford. they are a bunch of frauds and they illegally sell used cars as "new" i have documentation on this! i have reached out to the dealership multiple times and have went in person as well to get it resolved and they had a weak lie excuse, they were rude, belittling, completely unprofessional. what elder ford did is 100% illegal and i will continue to persue on getting a resolution one way or another. i have not heard back from the dealership since i turned down their resolution (which was downgrading to a ford escape. i have a ford f150) this would not be such a big deal to me if i didn't start having issues with the truck & decided i need to get rid of it. + i started getting mail with another persons name on it. however as a second owner, that looks bad that someone is selling again with under 4k miles on the truck. the value lowers drastically when it's already a used truck. again, do not purchase or lease from this dealership as they are doing business 100% illegally! i have dealt with the gm named sam, manager named anthony, salesman named john.

I contacted Elder Ford of Tampa on Friday due to a vehicle that I have located on the company website after contacting them Via Internet. A sales person contacted me to ask me if I'm interested in the 2018 Toyota tundra I said I was interested and it was for my father who wanted to purchase a used truck. I asked if the vehicle was still available they said yes, and to come on in the dealership and test drive the vehicle I proceeded to the dealership on December 8, 2023 to look at a vehicle that I that my father was interested in. When I got there, I was informed that the vehicle was not ready due to its reconditioning the sales manager provided a out the door price of 37,000 and after a few hours wasted, we agreed on a price of 33, 400 however, I was not going to sign on the behalf of my father, due to the fact that we have not test drive the vehicle. I was informed that once the reconditioning was done on that Friday that someone would drive the vehicle to my home since I get out at 4 PM from work. 4 PM rolled around and no one showed up and the vehicle is still not ready. On Saturday I was contacted by the sales manager that discuss the price with me initially he said that the vehicle is ready and then I'm able to come down and test drive the vehicle but it's on a first come first serve basis. I informed that the agreement was that you guys were drive the vehicle over to my home once it was ready so I can take a test drive and finalize the deal of 33,400. He apologized and said that the vehicle was ready you could take a look at it here at the dealership Whenever you have time. I had informed him that I was with my kids doing sporting events and then I'm unable to make it later on this evening possibly Sunday. Sunday rolls around and I am the first one at the dealership. I am awaiting the arrival of the salesman to take a look at the vehicle. The salesman brings up the vehicle. I'm very pleased with the vehicle and I had to wait 3 1/2 hours due to the system is down. The salesman comes back and says all the agreed-upon price now is 35, 500 since someone offered an online offer on the vehicle even though I was the first one, and the agreed-upon price was 33, 400 on that Friday however, I did not sign the paper as I should, I'm very disappointed in business practices of this dealership I would highly recommend someone buying a vehicle from the dealership to be cautious on the pricing of vehicles as well as business negotiations and really look at the terms and conditions at the dealer is offering they tried to change the price multiple times after we discuss this on Friday, which led my father to not do business with this dealership. I have wasted a total of six hours with this dealership on Friday three hours in on Sunday initial three hours due to not having access to the CRM and an online offer that was presented 35,500 to me for aeven though I was the first one to offer a price on the vehicle. This dealerships also stated that they are in need of sales and would not negotiate with me.

Purchased an expedition last year and had a good experience. Fast forward a year and since August we've been called 5 times by 5 different people telling us they could get us in to a new one and keep our payments where they're at now. Once we got there in person it was a different scenario and the first time we were told they could only come about $100 MORE than our payment and were basically stupid if we didn't take the deal. Next call a few weeks later still couldn't make it happen. The third call they came pretty close and we said we'd be willing to come down there and then they ghosted us. 4th time same thing, said we'd come down if they could make it happen, then got ghosted. 5th time, today, they send in their guy who's supposedly their "go to" to get deals done. He tells us that we need to put $3000 down and our payments would DOUBLE. I have absolutely no words. Was told they are under new management so I don't know what the issue is but it's mind blowing how much we've been jerked around. Couldn't even get the sales manager to call me back after I left a message. Funniest part is they've been the ones to call us each time to try and get us to upgrade. Terrible terrible sales department.

I wanted to buy a car. I also wanted to buy a car from a dealer I used before.Elder Ford checked both boxes. Timeline - Inquired on line, Quick response, sent a list of questions regarding the vehicle. Despite multiple attempts over 2 days I was tired of seeing email from Li** saying she would let the "team" know and they would follow up. End result - No follow up of significance. I ended the relationship and moved on to other dealers. Shame, my experiences prior were great.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The salesmen are extremely rude and have no respect for any potential buyers. The salesmen will bully you into a price that makes absolutely no sense and will then ask you to sign a blank paper with a random number written in sharpie as your "guarantee" to buy at that price. It's embarrassing how unprofessional they acted. Rob, the head of the finance department, was actually the first person to try this terribly deceptive sales tactic on us. Stay away from this place and take your hard earned money elsewhere for your next car purchase. End of story.

Elder Ford collision center is supposed to be a reputed dealership and shop. But I am getting treated otherwise. I got a roof and side repair done on my 2016 Mustang on 03/27/2020 through my insurance company. So now I have a lifetime guarantee on the work done. Thought they were the best.Guess what? They did a terrible job, there is rust forming on the roof and the paint is coming off. They forgot to put a protective coat or else they suck at what they do.So I go to Elder Ford with the documents of my claim so that they could fix their mistake but they totally denied it. The manager as well as the assistant said they are althia now and can’t help. If it was smaller than he could have fixed it not this. Now since they took over from Elder ford which by the way it still says elder ford collision even on the website why is it my problem? As per my knowledge the previous customers claims get transfered. Aren’t you guys supposed to take care of it? I will go ahead and make sure even with legal proceedings to get this resolved. Just letting you guys know if you think of going there to get any work done.Services: Painting
