My dog had an injury and they were open on Sunday. They were able to get me in. My dog was treated with care. Dr. Heiman was super nice and took the time to explain a number of things to me to help provide the best care at home to my dog as well.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Liked them a lot, though only a first and brief exposure so far.
