I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a customs broker. I was being jerked around by 3 other companies who had no sense of urgency and were giving me sub par service. One of them would have taken 3 days to process simple paperwork but Chelsea did it in two hours and saved my day. This kind of professionalism and customer service is not common these days. Also she knew everything that I needed to do and advised me accordingly. Great job

If it wasn’t for Chelsea I would still be waiting for my delivery - the company is the best! She assisted me every step with curtesy and patience. She was on top of everything and let me know what was happening daily – even a few assists that I’m sure were not part of the job. They are reachable by phone and not just email! I would highly recommend them especially if you are new to the process.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! He was so easy to work with from the very beginning. Processed everything quickly and answered all my questions. We were having trouble getting our item delivered and he took care of it and had our crate delivered quickly.

Highly recommend using Eduardo A Arecco CHB - to say that Stéphane went above and beyond would be an understatement. He assisted in importing a Canadian BMW which didn't initially meet all of CBP's requirements. Stéphane used his knowledge and contacts to assist in researching the issue to get us to a point where CBP would approve the vehicle. We then brought the vehicle to his office and he personally ensured that the vehicle was approved by CBP. He then immediately assisted us in setting up the required VIN verification so we could ultimately obtain the US tag and title. Prompt communication and excellent customer service - thank you!!

I imported a computer coffee table from China. Came to this gentleman to broker my import. He filled out paperwork and filed it. I got my table home. Smooth and easy transaction. A year later, customs sent me a letter telling me that the import was filled improperly and I owe a ton more money. Reached out to Tony to get it fixed and after a bunch of emails and phone calls with him and customs, found out he DOESNT KNOW HOW TO FILL OUT OR FILE PAPERWORK!!! It's literally his only function! His reply was "My bad. You need to pay them," and "don't contact me again." Be weary of this dude! Shady as hell and doesn't guarantee his services.

It was my first time to use this company, I just got back from Dubai 4 days ago and I really need a custom broker for my jewelry business and there you go Tony was really a big helped and guided me into everything. I will definitely use them again and make sure look for Tony :).
