The service department at Ed Morse Cadillac-Tampa is a well-managed, well organized and observably dedicated service provider. Ms. Michelle Hester and Mr. Greg Vanderkamp
are superbly skilled, noticeably courteous and clearly interested in the complete satisfaction of their clients.
Their calming manners and respectful patience are deeply genuine and authentically sincere.
It is quite obvious that Mr. David Vega's leadership sets a shining example for his staff, as they strive to offer and maintain the highest standard of service and courtesy my wife and I have come to expect from this Ed Morse Cadillac.
We strongly recommend this highly competent organization.

Excited at first when buying a vehicle from them. Fast forward a few weeks later , found multiple things wrong with the vehicle I bought.( I’ve spent 3k so far on repairs that needed to be made) They scam people into a $5k appearance package that consists of them touching up paint and detail. Well that’s all cool and all but when you find out after you bought the vehicle that personal effects from the previous owner is littered throughout how well was that detail job performed for $5k. I have super prime credit and they paired me with Ally Financial a low credit score company with crazy business practices instead of a local bank (I put down $16,500 of my hard earned cash) any local bank would have loved to make a deal with me, but I got blinded somehow. Would I recommend anyone to buy a car from this place (absolutely not, unless your in a pinch) the sales team was ok didn’t have an issue there. Finance was trying to get me to add on all sorts of packages that didn’t make any sense at all and would increase the monthly payment by more than 1/3rd. Only advice I have is to make sure you thoroughly check over any ride from this place before striking any deal.
Overall I’m happy with the vehicle I bought cause it was 100x better than what I had before.

I purchased a challenger srt from this dealership a couple months ago, at first everything seemed great, they only showed their true colors after the purchase was made. The car had a display screen defect and a seat mobility issue that they promised to fix after doing business with them. I brought them the car on July 18th, mind you I live in kissimmee and they didn’t even offer me a car rental for the 4 days they had my vehicle. I picked up the car on July 22nd via uber which cost me $80 and when I arrived the screen was still not even fixed. I had to make it back to kissimmee within the hour to be on time for work so I didn’t have the time to speak to anyone about it, and ever since they’ve been blowing off my calls every time I attempt to reach out to discuss the display screen. I call every week and either they tell me they’ll give me a call back or I simply just get the voicemail. Very unprofessional of them seeing as they’re the “#1 cadillac” in Florida.

Specifically speaking of the staff, Marilyn gave me a warm welcome from the beginning and understood what I was trying to portray during the purchasing process. She had my best interests in mind, not hers. I appreciate her customer service and follow up. Rafeek was top notch. I appreciate his guidance and transparency. He was very direct and helped seal the deal. Thank you both for your help with this unique journey of the purchase of my car.

Cadillac dealer, Hyundai tactics. I spent a week trying to get a drive out price with taxes and fees. I live far enough away that air travel is required. I am not investing that expense and time to be played with. Dealer refused to just give a price. After a week of constant emails and text messages, I’m told the car is sold. Shameful 90’s tactics, buyer beware. I’ll buy this $110k car somewhere else.

On March 6th I received a call from Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa, and a young man was calling to wish me a Very Happy Birthday! That call made my Day! I received an email about the new Cadillac XT4, so I completed the application and received a call from Ms. Evelyn. We set an appointment for me to come in and test drive the XT5. I arrived and was pleasently greeted at the front desk. Ms Evelyn appeared with this young man and introduced me to the young man who had called and wished me a very Happy Birthday Jeremy Metsky!! I lefted very satisfied and happy with the Service and Help given to me By Evelyn, Kevin and Jeremy! They get 10+ across the board from me!!

A big shout out to JJ the service advisor, it was a rough A.M to get to this location on time with the heavy Tampa traffic. Once i arrived things were not moving along to smoothly for getting checked in, (no ones fault) JJ jumped in as soon as he recognized my service advisor was out sick and seamlessly got the process going and me moving along. He has excellent listening skills and took note of an additional service my vehicle needed to be checkout for and he followed through with this request. This same service request was overlooked at two other dealer locations not affiliated to Ed Morse two separate times. Communication once the vehicle was ready for pick up was prompt, transportation was provided back to pick up my vehicle. I arrived to a clean, washed, vacuumed out and ready to roll vehicle.
