Terrible customer service. All the workers were talking with each other and told us to go look the car by ourselves. When we tried to get their attention to help us, they flat out ignored and continued talking to each other.

We asked for the Carfax and they only provided us with screenshots of the good parts. When we got there, they showed us the full Carfax that had damage they didn't previously report. They did give us a 700 discount, though, so make sure to haggle.
