My name is Enid Izquierdo and I'm a realtor. I am extremely disappointed with this Mortgage Company. The customer service is terrible, and to cut a long story short, I had a dreadful experience with the mortgage loan originator Natali Rivera. Her poor work ethic and lack of skills caused the buyer to lose their deposit . Despite my attempts to contact them via text and email about the expiring contract, they never responded. When I called the office, they still didn't respond, and instead, they informed Natali about my call. When she finally called me back, she made it clear that my calls would not affect her in any way. I feel compelled to share my personal experience to warn others. Their communication is unprofessional and lacks business etiquette. Their disregard for their clients is appalling. This was not an isolated incident; I also had a similarly frustrating experience with the other half of the property I was selling, resulting in four extensions. I've heard similar complaints from others in the industry. I feel really sorry for the buyer who was the most affected in this story.

Same experience as Kai Rosa. Horrible experience working with this lender along with the agent representing her buyer. Like it was their first day on the job. No communication, flat out doesnt respond even though the purchase agreement states they buying party must give updates upon written request. She wont even respond to the title company one day before closing. They just say they never received any emails. Ha. And I am sure shell just say her records show no transaction can be found to go along eith this review. Super unprofessional. 14 good reviews prob bought and paid for.

Very bad experience with this lender (Yuleisy) and her partner Liset (realtor) ! They are not honest with customers. They do whatever it takes to qualify them regardless of the consequences for the customer. Even deceiving them by telling them that there are two people in the loan application when they put only one person. And I don't continue because there would be so many things to write and none of them good!Very bad experience with this lender (Yuleisy) and her partner Liset (realtor)! I cannot express how amazing my lender was! No words will express how confident this group is. Many people told me I would be stressed during the purchase of my first home and I was mentally prepared to be, but not once was I ever stressed. The documents requested were never asked for twice. If I ever had a question I would get a response same day. My closing day went smooth and I closed exactly when I was told it would be. I am so great ful to you and thank you for making possible the one thing I was always afraid of doing believing I couldn’t, and you made me feel confident the entire process.
