I arrived at 7:10am to drop off clothes and waited to 7:40am for someone to come open up… Operation hours show Mon-Fri 7am-7pm.
They need new management. I’ll never come back

I've been a customer of Eagle Cleaners since 2008, but no more. I went this morning to pick up my laundered shirts. They have a new policy that if a shirt isn't 100 percent cotton, or if they can't find a label stating 100 percent cotton, they will dry clean the shirt. I paid $8 for each shirt that I dropped off to be laundered.

They say they open at 7, but they’re always late considerably. I’m outside right now at 7:21 and they’re still not open.

I like the service at this location however they are never open on time. Dropping clothes off at 7am on my way to work is important however I often find they don’t arrive until 7:15/20. If the team can’t show up on time to open the business then update your hours to reflect that.Service: Laundry wash & fold

I live next door and I won’t ever go back. The woman at the counter was just plain rude. They failed to get a stain out. I got it out myself that day. Why am I paying full price for this?

I dropped off 3 shirts to have minor stains removed, i was charged 28 dollars and they didn't remove any of the stains. I took the shirts to another dry cleaner and they got the stains out. This place is a joke and I won't use them again.

I’ve been there twice, and had poor experiences each time. The first time my suit came back with some strange polyester like threads and lint all over it. I had to take a sticky roller to it just to clean it off. The second time I showed up at 3 o’clock on a Saturday and the lady wouldn’t let me in to pick up my clothes because she said they closed at 3. She was extremely rude, dismissive and did not care at all. There are too many dry cleaners in the area for me to reward their poor service with my business

I have never posted a yelp review. But If I could rate this as a -10 I would. I dropped off silk drapes that were less than 2 years old for cleaning. When I picked them up several of the panels were shredded. I mean totally and utterly ruined. Looked like they either used harsh chemicals that burned right through them or put them through a machine that made them look like they'd been through a paper shredder. They did not call to tell me about the damage, rather left me to discover it on my own when I picked them up. no one in the store could tell me what happened or what they were going to do about it. No one has called me to follow up. The store is now referring me to Pioneer Cleaners who they say own them. The phone rings and rings and you cannot leave a voicemail. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They are scammers. Stay away!

Horrible. I asked them to be careful with my expensive suits and I am finding over time that many of my buttons were broken and the seams of my pants are coming apart.

I don't want to give them any stars. They didn't do dry cleaning for my blouse but took my money and didn't refund it.
Very aragant and only care about MONEY.

On 4/16/18 I dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned and was given a quote for $12. When I went to pick up my jacket 2 days later, I was handed a bill in the amount of $59. The employee was extremely rude, but agreed the price was unreasonable. She assured me we would have a resolution by 9AM the next morning. I never received a phone call. I followed up that afternoon and spoke to another hostile employee who claimed to have called me to advise me the quote she gave me was incorrect, but in fact, this never occurred. After back and forth arguing the issue was finally resolved. Needless to say, I will never bring another piece of clothing there again.
