Whoever answers the phone is bad service doesn’t know how to talk can’t even book over the phone cause she just keeps saying hello and if she hears u don’t speak Spanish she keeps saying hello like she can’t hear until she hangs up

The lady that did my hair absolutely DAMAGED my hair. She did not put any heat-protectant spray. Even when she was flat-ironing my hair I could smell it. So now I have been struggling with the loss of my curls and almost three months later strands of my hair is STILL coming out. Now I have to get all the heat damaged hair cut off.

Been wanting to try this salon for quite some time. Today was a first and did not disappoint. I get my hair blown out 1-3x a year (natural curly) and I went in because it was open on a Monday. Ingrid deep conditioned, blow dried and flat ironed. I walked feeling 100% new. Will definitely return and on a Monday, was in and out in 1.5hrs. ?? ?? ???
