Purchased a new table from Dwell and it was professionally delivered today by Ralph and Tony. The guys were very careful as they carried it through the house and then they installed padded feet on the table legs. They made sure I was perfectly happy before leaving. We’ll definitely be back to Dwell very soon!

I can’t believe I’ve never been here before and driven by a bunch of times. Great contemporary furniture at reasonable prices. Tucker was great and very helpful. They even have a bar in the store. Nice touch. I was able to take the chair I wanted with me, as their warehouse is attached to the showroom. I will be back for sure.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Dwell. During the lawn sale, I saw a bed in the back of the warehouse with a yellow tag marked as a "last chance" item at the lowest price. I took a picture of it that day. Later on August 24th, I saw the exact same bed moved to the front of the store with the same yellow tag but at a higher price—$300 more.
I asked if they could honor the original lower price since I had a picture as proof, but they refused. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke to about the price adjustment abandoned us to assist another customer. After waiting for 15 minutes, another staff member finally approached us, only to say they wouldn't do a price match.
The whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I won’t be shopping here again. Posting pictures of both price tags to show the difference.

Our sales lady Wendy is unbelievable she is top notch extremely knowledgeable kind my wife and daughter are big fans of the store in Tampa and now have me as a fan also we have furnished almost all of our home and my daughters condo with there furniture extremely well built beautiful furniture and accessories for our home and there staff as well incredible the delivery guys amazing just a fantastic place to shop and a great bar to chill at while my wife and daughter shop thank you Wendy for everything I recommend this store to everyone.

Went for the first time and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, there was no pressure to buy and no one followed you through the store. They were patient, kind and answered all our questions with ease. We bought 2 chairs and they wrapped them, took off the legs and helped us put them in our car. We are now life long customers and will recommend them to anyone looking for home furnishings.

I recently visited Dwell Home Market to pick out a rug and coffee table for our new house, and Kiara was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pieces. Kiara was so attentive and patient, even moving coffee tables around and putting them on different rugs so we could really see how everything would look together.
