OUTSTANDING CUSTERMER SERVICE AND SERVICE REPAIRS!! After my car was hit the day before hurricane Helena I took her to Drew's Bro for Repairs, I arrived feeling Sick and hurt my Baby ( IE: My Car was Damanged) I left Feeling Amazing and Hopeful! I picked my Baby up Yesterday 10/17/24 and COULDN'T STOP SMILING, DREW BROTHERS DID A FANTASTIC JOB DISPITE HAVING TO WORK ON IT THRU HURRICANE HELENA AND MILTON.

My car was repaired here on the count of Tampa Honda stating this is the best body repair shop they had available to fix a few deep scratches they created doing routine work at their service shop. After getting my car back, all of our black powder coating on the rims were scratched. I am taking my car to Caliber Collision for repair as they were not able to get the car back to factory. Don't come here if you are meticulous about your cars. Never go to Tampa Honda for work either.

I had some paint on the rear end driver side of my car because I scraped the side of my garage…I took it in to Drew Brothers for an estimate to paint that and my hood and received an estimate for $1200…I took my car to two other places and they basically told me that I could basically scrub the paint off my rear driver side because it didn’t loom like the paint was damaged on my car…I called Drew Brothers and spoke to Lorenzo about it and he basically doubled down on his estimate…while my car doesn’t look brand new, he’ll it’s over 10 years old but it certainly looks good enough to not pay $1200 to repaint the rear ended of my car…and let’s say half of it was to paint my hood…$600 to do what I can do with 1 hour of my time including the time to drive to the store and buy some compound to help smooth out the rest of the scratches…You gotta be quicker than that to pull one over on me…

I have had the most ridiculous time trying to help my husband get a time frame to get his truck back . When we brought the truck in all it had was some scrapes, one busted tail light and side view mirror needed to be replaced . We now have spent 2 weeks being told it would be done soon. Now we are stuck paying for a rental because the insurance company will no longer pay for it. We were told the truck needed a whole new door which honestly seemed unnecessary . We were also told we would get an update or call back and didn't. When we go into the office they are really non chalant and could care less that we are spending additional money each day that they still procrastinate fixing it; while pay for a rental car. Even if the repairs are done well ; the last thing I would do is spend money here when other businesses could do the same and have more courtesy.Services: Painting

I took my Challenger in for body work repair after I was rear ended. Not only was Drew Brothers professional and kind, extremely knowledgeable! They did a walk around the car with me and then took note of the damage. Shortly afterwards they ordered the parts and only two days after that, they called me to notify me that my car was repaired.They did an amazing job!! The manager took the time to meet with me each time I came in, and always offered their amenities. He was so kind and personable! They also took great care of my vehicle and even put my lanyard in my center console. Usually, when businesses remove it from my keys, they just lose the lanyard they are attached to. You can tell the mechanics and personnel really enjoy what they do, and know what they're doing. I would take my car here again in seconds.

Great workmanship and service! I recently took my vehicle to Drew Brother’s for accident repair. Admittedly, I was nervous trying a repair shop I wasn’t familiar with but I gave it a chance based on my insurance and Honda’s recommendation. I’m so glad I did. Pero and the rest of the team were more than accommodating. They kept me updated every step of the way, provided reasonable prices and nearly flawless repairs. I recently took my car to Drew Brothers First Autobody for some repairs after an accident, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! The staff was very professional and friendly, and were eager to answer any questions I had. My car was damaged from a parking garage collision, and they fixed everything with no problem. Not only did they fix everything, they made my car look brand new! The repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and the price was more than fair. I also needed my car to be fixed by a certain time period and they worked diligently to fix my car on time. Most car repair shops would probably just ignore that request but they worked tirelessly so I could get my car on time. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service for their customers. They really care about their customers and their craft which is why I have no problem leaving a 5 star review.

this is the best place !! truly, they fixed my car and went above and beyond with even waxing and polishing it up really nice and vacuuming the inside ON TOP of making my car look brand new- being super communicative through the whole process and not leaving me to be the middle man with insurance but contacting them for me directly. they are also just super sweet people. I am beyond impressed by Drew Brothers First Autobody. From my first interaction, I was treated with respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. The body work on my Mercedes GLK returned it to new condition. I was advised of additional work needed, which was found after the car had been taken apart but received no high pressure tactics……Just stellar work at an honest price. Worst service I've ever had. nothing even comes close. it took them 3 months to fix my car. they made excuses like my insurance company held up a few steps and there were some complications with the repair. BUT 3 MONTHS. Here's my timeline with these guys: First month - i was in a car accident january 17. it takes 2 weeks for them to tow my car from my house 2 miles away. call to check on status of car. "it's in the rotation". i call several more times and that's all I get. Second month - i have to go into the shop for someone to give me an explanation. they say the car will be ready march 19th Third month - car not ready march 19th. have to call repeatedly for updates and they give me the wrong date at least 3 more times. april 13 they finally say the car is ready, i come in and car isnt ready. i have to uber to and from work the next day and finally get my car april 14

I would not recommend this place. This is literally my first time ever doing a review. This company is so terrible. I got into a car crash in October and Drew Brothers told me they could fix it in four days. It took them two weeks to give me an estimate, which they said would only take a couple of days. Then, I called multiple times and they delayed my body and trim service 3 weeks out several times. We are now in January and they told me I should try to find somewhere else if the wait is too long after stalling me for months. The funny part about the situation is I called acting as someone else, and they told me they could have my car fixed in a week. If I could negatively rate this company, I would. It's always the same guy answering the phone and hanging up as soon as possible. This is easily one of the worst companies I've ever been to in my life. I am not sure if they had a change of management, but I have no idea why they have good reviews prior to last year. Please do better.Service: Body & Trim

Stoked to be there 100th review and glad to be able to give them a solid 5 stars! I had someone back into my vehicle and luckfully they were kind enough and had enough integrity to leave there information. I dropped my vehicle off to them to get fixed, which ended up being for some body and paint work. They told me it would be a week and were true to there word. When I picked it up a week later, it was nice and easy as well as looked like new! Would take my car here again and also highly recommend them. Thank you Drew Brothers First Autobody!
