I don't even know where to start, Ron Scarfpin and the DOW Teams service is second to none. No matter the day or time my questions, texts, calls, emails are taken care of immediately.Not only do they stock as many items as possible but have been the best sales team dealing with all the extensive supply chain issues with multiple updates and product substitutions to save the day on multiple projects.Their website is super easy to navigate and is up to date including items in stock and location.I cannot say enough good things or recommend a better company, sales rep or support team in the business.

There are a lot of things I can say great about this company, but lets discuss the most relevant. Success! If you are a large or small company, and you want a superior stocking distributor to help with supplying some of the industry's best products, then you MUST be set up with these guys. Ron, our exclusive rep, is always available and attentive. gets it right every time and is always on it. He will allow you to succeed and have the product available, and in today's supply chain issues, thats a big deal because waiting for product doesnt make any money. Ron also helps you make good choices for products and reaches out when promotions come up. In the off chance that a product needs to go back, either by the customer upgrading or changing their minds, Ron gets it taken care of with no fuss. DOW and Ron are the essential tools needed to become prosperous. I speak for our company when I say that I am grateful for Ron and DOW. I cannot leave out Wanda too for she keeps the product flowing in Tampa and always calls to let you know its coming (usually next day). Keep up the great job guys!

I have been doing business with Dow for only 26 years. They have been great to work with. Just a call away for orders that always get out promptly. After 26 years there will be a few hiccups along the way.but they have always had my back and taken care of any problems. Thanks Dow Electronics, oh sorry I mean Dow Technologies.

I have been buying almost all of my products from Dow for coming up on 10 years now. I have had two different reps that I have become close friends with in the last decade. I text orders to them because it's fast and easy and they don't mind. They go out of their way at every turn to help me when they can. Case and point, they took back a television that wasn't really broken but it didn't work for my client due some technical issues from the isp. Dow did everything in their power to not only get my refund but to get the TV shipped back to them at no cost to me. Their prices are about as competitive as they can be and their customer service is unmatched. Thank you to Katherine, the entire customer service team and ultimately, Ron Scarfpin. Keep doing what you do, Guys!!!!
