Why is the particular Dollar Tree hiring NON-SPEAKING ENGLISH EMPLOYEES?!!?. I needed help during my last visit and went up to an employee for help and she did not speak English! There were English speaking customers in the store and this woman could not assist any customer because she can’t speak the language of her community! This is totally unacceptable! This manager needs to be reeducated on the community she is working in! We deserve English speaking employees in this community. What is going on here?!?!

Everytime i come here i have a horrible experience. Messy store and only 1 cashier open. Line is too long. I always end up leaving my items and walking away.

They have good merchandise, the staff is very nice. They have a "bell system" at the register as they are understaffed: the cashier has to stock, clean and handle the cash register if there are no customers ready to pay, so if you don't see a cashier in the register, you sound the bell for assistance. I found it weird, creative and uncommon but if that works for them I guess more power to them. There are nice people working there and I enjoyed shopping at the time I went.
