Today, they didn't have much on the shelves. I don't know if that's normal, but there wasn't much selection when I was there. Also, the prices have increased 25-50%, depending on what you are buying.

With inflation so high, I appreciate Dollar Tree stores. I especially appreciate this one because each time I go, the items I need are neatly placed in the isles and the shelves are always full. I can’t say that was the case with the Dollar Tree stores in NYC. Those stores were like a wild west free free-for-all, sometimes they had product and put it up on the hooks and filled the shelves. Other times they had nothing and you ended up wasting your precious time going. I have not had that experience at this Dollar Tree. I always find what I need. If I need office supplies for work, they’re there. If I need party decorations, they’re there. If I need bath bombs for my daughter, they’re there. I’m grateful for a well run store that is always stocked. I don’t go often but when I do go, it is in the morning before work. At that time of day the manager is a young lady with dark hair who wears her hair up. I wish I knew her name but I don’t. I still wanted to describe her because corporate should know what a great job she does. I also appreciate the cashiers you have on during the morning shift, they’re always pleasant. Retail is not an easy job. Sometimes good workers go unnoticed. I hope this review helps get the employees at this Dollar Tree noticed because they deserve it! Shoutout to the night shift too. I don’t shop here at night but I know from working in retail many years ago that it is a team effort to keep all of the shelves stocked and ready for customers. Great job!

Great employees and nice selection but the roof leaks and the store has had wet ceilings, products, and flooring for many weeks. Seems unsafe.

As soon as you walk in, you are not greeted. Instead, it is screamed at you that they can't accommodate change for big bills or cash back. To be more specific, the lady screamed, " NO BIG BILLS NO CASH BACK!" That same employee did not speak to me upon ringing me up, but I spoke to her. She saw that I was purchasing glass ware and cheerfully informed me that they won't wrap my glassware! Wow! I said, " Excuse me, why not?" She gleefully responded."It's just policy!" What? I asked who was the manager who was enforcing said policy, I then asked if she could wrap it in plastic bags, and she said, " Here you can wrap it." Wow! I wrapped my glassware as she let me know they do not have enough bags(and that they borrowed bags from another store location)to utilize as protection for purchased glassware and that they don't have the proper paper to wrap glassware. I replied, " That's unacceptable, and I won't spend money here again."

I am a dollar tree regular customer for many years, recently move to the Tampa area and notice that this specific store is the worst stocked , unorganized, and understaffed that I have ever been to. Out of my list of items usually 5 to 6 there has been always 2 to 3 missing on the shelves, and 99% percent of the time no one to help find out if they have it in the back, the only time that I found someone to ask of course they didn’t. I am usually pretty familiar with the layout of dollar tree stores and can find my way to the items I am looking , but this particular one is so unorganized that it takes my too much time to do so. I have been to this store 3 times in the last 3 months, the last time yesterday and the reasons I have avoided this store are POORLY STOCKED,UNORGANIZED, UNDERSTAFFED!

This is one of my dad's favorite spots to shop for last minute stuff like gift bags for presents, canned goods for storm preparation or if we need an ingredient for cooking, or just basic everyday household supplies. He's found a couple of really cool items there & the staff is always super sweet to talk to. Highly recommend for any type of fun holiday gifts/toys for teachers with young students or parents with young children.

It’s really sad, this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this store and they are the most rudest people! Unprofessional!!! If you don’t like working with people, this is not the place to work and if you decide to work there and make it, get some etiquette training please! Don’t judge a book by its cover! Train your employees to give better customer service and say thank back, have a nice day etc. 1-Star!
