Elizabeth in the baby section has great customer service! We came in on 4/20/2024. Went to Nordstrom prior and had terrible service. Elizabeth was not only nice but VERY knowledgeable on the baby gear. We need more Elizabeth’s in the customer service world.

I love she personal attention and the quality and variety of products that Dillard's provides. I frequent the Dior cosmetics counter, where Olga and Aida have been a joy to work with. They are so patient and helpful, and they make you feel like a VIP. Maggie with Dior is such a delight. She has the scoop on the latest Dior products. Make sure you get on their contact list so you can be made aware of any special events that are coming up. This way, you get more with your money.
