How do you NOT carry shammy towels for swimmers? You’re supposed to be thee sporting goods store. The TWO associates I encountered didn’t even know what they were. Wasted trip, huge disappointment.

So I go in and see a pair of Jordans I liked, walked the mall for 30 min to check other stores, I go back and the employee said they took them off the shelf and out the store because they were marked down. That doesn't make sense unless the employees are buying them for themselves to resell them. The market for Jordans is huge. The company needs to investigate this.

I could get lost in that store. They have everything anybody could ever want when it comes to the outdoors or any type of sport.

Bought a knee brace for 30 $ couldn't find receipt for refurn offered me 2 dollars back in store credit.Do not shop here over priced and horrible customer service and return policies.Manager was no help at all.Shop online and forget shopping in these over priced stores.

The employee Mike made me extremely uncomfortable while I was shopping. He was following me around while I was shopping and hiding behind the isles and racks and peeking out from behind them. After a while he came up to me and made some very inappropriate comments. Definitely won’t be going back to this store alone!

Called in tonight to ask a question and the phone rang probably 23 times before somebody picked up… terrible tone and communication with the girl who picked up…terrible.

They have Bass pro shop beat all to hell. I was a little disappointed because I went there to buy a shotgun. They don't sell gun that all. Loved the employees. Very helpful.

Bought a Sole treadmill in this store 6 weeks ago. After it was delivered and assembled , I found out that half of the commands on the lower dashboard were not working. The technician was already gone. Long story short , I called Sole who offered to fix it within 10 days. A month later, still nothing!!! Very upsetting!I decided to go to Dick’s sporting goods to talk to a manager in order to help me dealing with this: I met Cameron who handled my issue like a pro!!! He offered me to replace my treadmill ( not like Sole who wanted to fix it by changing a piece) . I got my treadmill replaced within a week!!! AMAZING ! Thank you so much Cameron for your professionalism, your outstanding customer’s service and your kindness! You saw me very angry and frustrated and you were able to make me happy.
