Very bad attention, a lady named Liset, a blonde who thinks she is very intelligent and knows nothing, she could not explain the use of a medication, she mistreats people, she is very poorly educated, she should not be there if she does not have the appropriate knowledge or education. to treat the public, it seems that personal problems are brought to work, the worst treatment in the world, there is no manager to complain, that lady should be fired for her bad behavior, could it be that she is frustrated because she is incompetent, how does this company have this type of people there???

Absolutely no customer service anywhere you go these days. I called to ask why my order wasnt printed yet and the girl gave a brief explanation saying it wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday when I was promised 1 hr printing and before I could ask if I could cancel my order she hung up the phone.

Poor customer quality, pharmaceutical companies do not want to work, they do not help you especially with the medication you are looking for.

They somehow deleted my comments via the feedback I gave a week or so ago. Quite curious.A year ago...I recommend The CVS at the corner of Hanley & Hillsborough, if you enjoy your blood pressure to sky rocketing, being frustrated, losing your patience and overall, being treated less than. Yesterday's visit was bland- the pharmacist had a blank stare and the attendant appeared bored. However, their attitude of indifference was quite welcoming, in comparison to my last visit (I'm grateful I had enough Citalopram to carry me thru till then).?????My visit on Sept 7th, 2023 to that same CVS (7351 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634), left a LOT to be desired. I was not able to give a Feedback then, because I was denied the option to pick up my prescription. And Feedbacks are only available when medicine is successfully received.??Received several texts reminder from CVS over the course of a week, 2 pickup my meds. On Sept 7th, 2023- Was at their Drive-thru, with 2 vehicles in front of me, none behind. When it was my turn, an attendant put up the "We're closed" sign in my face. Again, I'm the only one left in the drive thru. I pressed the call-button & honked several times. Finally, a young lady came close to the window & mouthed "I'm sorry, we're closed" whilst having a ridiculous smile planted on her face. Then, she turned to the side whilst someone (partial visual of a white coat), was at the PC, as she looked on. Honked, they cont. to ignore me, then walked away. A female came on the intercom, I told her the issue, she said would get the manager and he eventually came on the line after 3 minutes lapsed. Yes I was looking at my clock on my dashboard. I'm livid at this juncture- still no cars behind me. Ask them why they ignored me and put the close sign in my face when I was clearly there at 7:57? He proceeded to tell me in a condescending tone that "no, the sign went up at 7:59 and they needed to go home as well". I believe he said his name is Roger or Robert. I've had run-ins with this particular pharmacist before. I yelled to them that they keep practicing their UGLY behaviour, as if I'm at their back and call and THEY are the ones that have right to do me favours. I suffer from high blood pressure and boy or boy, I was Beyond livid at this juncture. It took until today, Sept 10th, to finally write this out of fear that I'd blow a gasket. Now, obviously this pharmaceutical staff requires a Complete overall! (Except for Ms. Lydia, who is simply a sweetheart of a decent human being, presuming she still works there). I am a creature of habit, so I requested of my PCP during my visit with him earlier today, to insure that my prescriptions from now on, are sent to the 24 hour CVS at corner of Sheldon and Hillsborough (8603 W Hillsborough Ave). It's quite doubtful that I'll experience the CLOSED sign in my face again. As far as I have observed this year, with the severe decline in decency, the CVS at the corner of Hillsborough & Hanley should only be operational as a store, NO Phrmacy. The pharmaceutical staff there (except for darling Lydia) are Wretched creatures, indeed!?

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and has gotten worse and worse. You cant even call because no one will answer and if they do the call will be picked up with out answering and placed on hold until the call ends. What a pain unbelievable. I have been experiencing this for over the past 2 years and Im switching Pharmacy.

If you have to go to CVS, please don't choose this pharmacy location. Worst CS ever. They never have any scripts on time, and think that diabetis can go more than a few hours without medication, the pharmacists are extremely rude and they seem to be allergic to the phone. Forget about ever having anything ready on time. Worst location to exist. Might as well close the entire location down.

This pharmacy is the worst . They never have the medications, and never answer the phone. Dealing with this place is a nightmare.

Terrible pharmacy. The people never pick up the phone and will send you to voicemail rather than putting you on hold. I have to call my prescriptions in, so I’m stuck having to call 10-20 times before I can even get a hold of someone. They are never in stock of medications and if anything are even more of a detriment to my over all well being. This is a sad excuse of an establishment.

Worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. Licet was rude and obnoxious and treated me like a second class junkie. I'm a 54 year old disabled veteran. Was over talking me and outright told me I was a liar. Absolute horrible customer service. Just miserable.

This place is so unorganized, dirty, and smells like someone literally urinated all over the place. The smell immediately hits you as soon as you walk in the door. it's absolutely disgusting! And if you need to find something, you better be ready to move carts, bins, and storage shelf out of the way since they are stacked 6 feet tall and lining every walkway. Terrible management - who let's their store get like this?!Update 3/23 - The urine smell is finally gone since new carpeting was put in ? but I would rather go to the CVS on the corner of Sheldon and Hillsborough. The store is more organized and friendlier.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Been using this location for 8 years and the service has tremendously dropped. The staff show no sign of empathy to customers who are sick or have a sick family member at home. I have received medication that was not mine, I have been told my medication was not ready after 24 hours of them having the prescription, I have had issue after issue with my insurance because they are clueless and have no idea how to process anything, they have no sense of urgency because they will leave you waiting forever when picking up a script, they close at whatever time they feel like it, staff is very rude. There is only one person I believe her name is Carmen older lady who is always a pleasure she is pleasant and does her job she goes above and beyond every time. I have worked in a pharmacy and never did any of my customers go through what I have to go through dealing with this location. Time to switch it up!!!

Service is absolutely appalling. The pharmacist wouldn’t tell me her name and hung up on me. I have never been treated so poorly.
