This is one of our go to CVS stores off Ehrlich. The pharmacy line is normally packed and sometimes has taken up to 45 minutes just to get through the line. The store is very clean and the staff is helpful. We tried sending our photos off as well and they took over 2 months to get back with no call. The old way of sending film in did not really work. Either way the store is fast and friendly, but just have patience if you are in the pharmacy department.

I visited to pick up a prescription and found the wait reasonable for the number of people in line.
Everyone from the sales associate on the floor, to the pharmacy technician and the store manager @ checkout, were extremely helpful, very cheerful and upbeat, which made my shopping experience a pleasure.
One of my scripts can be rather expensive. The tech at the counter was able to locate the coupon that made the item bearable in price.
The floor clerk who was busy checking stock, also took time from his duties to assist me in locating a particular OTC medication and was also very helpful with the ingredients. ||The check out at the front was quick, easy and the store manager was delightful to work with.
All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
Thanks!

Stopped in to pick up an online order. The order was waiting for me at the front desk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store appeared to be in good shape. There was some candy up at the front desk for the kids to take a piece of which was really nice. In the end, the most important thing for me was that the order was ready and waiting. No hassle stop at CVS.

6/2/24 @12pm RX-pick-up - 4 people in the back and 1 upfront At the RX pick up. The ONE person asked for help four times from the 4 workers in the back. and even I said something to the four people in the back to come up front and assist.
Plus the phone system to this CVS sucks all it does is route you back through the IRU Voice system you cannot get to a rep so I’m switching my prescriptions to the CVS at target because they answer the phone

30 minutes for three cars in drive thru pharmacy. One time there was only me and another car, and it took 18 minutes.

RUN!
This shouldn’t even be a grocery store, let alone a pharmacy. This is the most disorganized, disrespectful, dare I say dangerous (due to mistakes) pharmacy I have ever used in my life (30+ years).
They filled a prescription of mine wrong. The staff does not acknowledge you and have conversations about customers in front of everyone waiting. There is only one person on a register even with 8+ people in line. The condescension patients receive is downright awful.
I have filed a complaint with the Florida Board of Pharmacy. We’re all already in a vulnerable position needing medications, let alone having to rely on such negligence as this CVS pharmacy. The anxiety I get every time I go to get my RX is ludicrous. If you have other option, take it.

At the pharmacy pick up counter tues night, feb 27 there was a older lady, brown hair, appeared to be of middle eastern decent with accent. She was very rude, told me to come back the following day for prescription when in fact, the prescription would be ready that evening. She also threw the bag at me instead of handing it to me. No one should have to go through this when pickin up medication to better their life. She needs to be fired immediately!!!

The nurse Elizabeth? i think was her name , couldn’t remember because she was so rude. Denied my insurance even though they accept the one i had provided. Later got a phone call saying that the insurance provided at the previous appointment was accepted but it was under a different state. I’m not from florida, so whoever had accepted my insurance previously to this incident (same location) put the wrong state and accepted it. Not sure if it’s because it’s 9am and she’s cranky, but i wouldn’t come to this location unless you want to deal with this.

Publix is the worst,I would give it a zero if I could. It doesn't matter if your prescription is ready or not,you will still wait at least 30 minutes. I'm trying to switch everything over to Publix-hardly ever have to wait there
