I absolutely hate the cvs pharmacy new system. You can't speak with anyone in the pharmacy department, all u can do is leave a voice mail for them not to return your call.May medication git called in days ago and i havent received any messages from you guys letting me know if its ready or not.. Change the system back to how it was before.This is ridiculous.

I was told yesterday that my medication will be ready in two hours and they will call me when to pick it up..I haven't received a call and I can't talk to a pharmacist this is b.s..do better CVS

Very bad service, do not select this one. Wasting of time…. I was in line for 1 hour then they asked me to wait for 30 min more… still did not get my medicine.

I have yet to be able to get my medication first try at this pharmacy. You usually have to return at a later time, even if they have had days to prepare it.

CVS how do we talk to a Pharmacist? The new voicemail system is not it...Now we have to leave a message just to ask a question about a prescription? We used to be able to talk to a real person!?!?! This is so frustrating!

They have expired items on shelves! I purchased the mega Refresh eye drops a week ago. I didn’t use them yet because I was still using some other eye drops the doctor recommended. However when I finally went to open the eye drops brought from cvs, I noticed it had an expiration date of Feb 2023! These drops expired months ago yet still on the shelf in August of 2023! Be careful buying anything medical from this location.
