I definitely have to put this on review in. G, because I met a gentleman day cashier at c. VS Brandon amazing guy, absolutely amazing. Now far is the manager. Tom absolutely sucks for me.Pharmacy sucks rude we're very rude. People never met such a negative or had such a negative vibe. Ever then I witnessed today, Tom is a very nasty guy. Also, they're a pharmacy, couldn't believe it. They don't even want to take the time to help somebody. But far as the cashier, his name was Brandon, absolutely amazing. I only wish the best for him.And hopefully he can land somewhere that deserves him

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SORA THE CASHIER, The security guard had to let her know I was standing there because she was too busy on her phone, then she had me standing for 5 minutes still on her phone and wouldn’t accept my payment on purpose so I had to wait. I never had a bad approach but that’s not how customers should be treated when even after being ignored no attitude was given, she still had the audacity to be rude.

Today I stopped at this Cvs which is one of my favourite places to shop however the staff in this particular Cvs was totally unprofessional. As I was trying to check out my items, she never said hello or looked me; she scanned my items as she was FaceTimeing who I am assuming her boyfriend because she was having a VERY personal conversation as I am standing right in front of her, not once did she thought to hang up or stop talking to this person as she is working, she’s not paying attention to what she is doing, I have to ask her that I wanted to place in my phone number for coupons and discount and then she tells me “go ahead my love” putting your number” as she still FaceTimeing her boyfriend, this was unethical terrible customer service and unprofessional. I gave him one star because this is the only way to leave a review if it was for me I would’ve gave him zero stars.

Every time I visit this store I have had the best experience. The staff are amazing and very helpful. From the pharmacy, all the way up into the cashiers, and stockers. Everyone has an amazing attitude. Everyone has been helpful. I pray that they keep this location I have heard rumors that they're closing CVS's I really pray but they leave this one alone it's an amazing asset to the community.

This is for the manager that refused to believe that I was trying to refund $3.75 to the same credit card after using apple pay for a pickup order. Besides the fact that I was sold a face mask with a hole in it in the first place, when I went to return it the refund wasn’t going back to the card. I used tap and the physical card and it was showing up as a different card because apple scrambles the card number when used online. The sweet girl at the register was trying to help as well bringing up her similar experience with apple pay. He just did not listen 😭 they brought up being able to refund in cash but he eventually shut that down by saying something along the lines of “you can only be refunded on the same card and this is a different card or in store credit” after my multiple attempts to tell him otherwise. Would not have posted this review if he hadn’t been so insistent that i was lying. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else haha

Mairiam was rude and did not help me to update my account. She made it seem like they’re so busy that my prescription was not that important compared to other orders lol. I dont think she called my previous pharmacy to transfer my prescription. Robert and the other lady were nice; he helped w contacting the other pharmacy and got it transferred to another cvs location that have my pill available. I even asked Mairiam if their location had the pill I needed and she said yes when in fact they didnt have it.

WORST STORE EVER. mairiam one of the workers in pharmacy very nasty rude attitude dishonest.. They are always mad at this store, The store is never clean, the floor is dirty, the store smells, the stock is always low, and the shelves a mess. Corporate really should release over half the staff at this location, instead of hiring anyone.
GO TO WALGREENS!

On June 4th 2025 I called 1st to have my prescription filled, I was about 2 mins down the road. I always wait so it'll be done faster.. When I arrived & asked the workers how long will it be she said an hour. I asked why, because I've never had to wait that long. mariam e. georgei said they stopped expedite recently & I mentioned that was incorrect & she got a attitude about it & said itll be ready at 8:15am. mariam was already done with the prescription, she had it sitting in the basket on the counter just sitting there, purposely dragging her feet, about 8:09am she checked me out with my prescription, the other worker could have even checked me out also, I didn't have nothing to say to her, when she finished, I got my medicine & left, I called the complaint hotline, mariam got upset called my doctor lied & said I verbally & physically abused her that's why she's not filling my prescriptions. (hilarious to lie like that) when I called the store to make sure I had her name correct for my attorney (today 06/06/2025) she lied once again & said she didn't say none of that. Very belligerent and delusional.. This type of unprofessionalism shouldn't be tolerated...

If I could give this location less than one star I would. The customer service from the pharmacist working there is horrible. She is very rude and hangs up on customers. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions sent anywhere else.

It has been a while since I went to this store. Everyone was helpful. The representative John and pharmacist. Also, the check ladies were both nice and helpful and had smiles and made our check out easy. I appreciate the service. This is needed as it showed they enjoyed their jobs and taking care of the customers. Thank you for making my day.

The night shift employee, a brunette female, was not only the most attractive female I've ever seen, but she cleaned the parking lot up so good it looks brand new. She was so friendly, I stopped in for one item, but it makes me want to come back just because she was so amazing. Didn't get her name, but CVS needs to give her a raise!!!
