I don't think it's fair for when you using over the counter your OCT that you don't get the right price as the discounted price and also if it's buy one get one free you did not get to get it if the item on sale for $6.99 you are charged the regular price instead of the sale price and I don't like that something need to be done about that CVS it's not right for you to accept government funds for people and they are not allowed to use the sale price of the item or discount price or coupons

Stand in pharmacist for the week is “not comfortable” refilling a medication I have been getting monthly from this location for almost a year. I am completely out because last week they told me I had two refills available but had to wait until yesterday to order, but when I went to pick it up yesterday was told — sorry, whoever told you that was wrong. I was then told that even tho my prescriber called in refills, this pharmacist who doesn’t usually work at this location “does not want to do the additional paperwork required” so I can call back tomorrow and try again with a different pharmacist. Entirely out of a daily medication I cannot go without and he’s “not comfortable.” Ridiculous!!!

The women that work a this pharmacy location are rude and disrespectful. They have messed up so many of my prescriptions. Changing my pharmacy due to the disrespect of these women.

The WORST!! I thought Walgreens was bad. You people are horrible and you don't care about patients that need thier meds.
What happened? You used to contact other stores to see if they have a needed med.
You are pathetic!
My doc faxed my prescription on Monday before Christmas. First CVS told me my doctor denied it. Then someone told me they didn't receive a fax from my doctor. My doc sends another. Then finally on the 25th they start processing the order, but they were OUT Of Stock!!

CVS PHARMACY is literally a joke. Do unprofessional and ridiculous. Have had nothing but problems the last 4 months. I transferred pharmacies and can't even. Get my daughters current prescriptions transferred correctly. Was told her profile is inactive yet I'm still getting text messages saying she's out if refills. So ridiculous and the people are so rude except Carol. I will be contacting corporate

Kiela who might be a supervisor, is one of the most helpful & knowledgeable CVS employees I have met. She helped me locate an item not at her store & assisted me to navigate the website to order an item for pick out at another location. She always greets customers upon arrival with a kind words & offers her time on each visit. Brandon also is an excellent employee. He has helped me many times with the OTC system. He has also taking his time to help me with my coupons. Both employees never rush other customers & are always pleasant. CVS is very lucky to have such dedicated employees. They are a great asset to the company. I hope they get recognized for their hard work. I definitely go to this location most because of their great service.

My husband and I had a most pleasant experience today at the CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely professional, warm, funny, and also multitasking as I put it to her and also quite effectively. But Kayla administered our vaccination and she was beyond stellar. She was working past her hours. She showed up and she showed up professional, effective, great conversation, and put us both at ease. I joked with her afterwards that she needs a bonus for this kind of service. So Kayla in pharmacy is our star there at CVS ! I do hope corporate recognizes her. Her Manager happened to be walking with her as we exited, and I shared the same with him.

This store is by far the worst CVS in town , customer service is awful , the people in pharmacy are VERY rude , staff are not helpful at all , manager there is rude and there is girl there with glasses that doesn’t seem to be a people person because she doesn’t smile and walks around like she’s having a bad day , asked her for help and she completely ignored my question , also they have ants crawling around on their shelves and their items in the store that I’ve seen as I was shopping for food along with traps , definitely won’t be suggesting this store to anyone . DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE !!! Not worth anyone’s time
