The employees/managers at this CVS have been phenomenal. I had an order of 150 photo magnets for a funeral service this weekend and they ran out of magnets. The employees were empathetic toward our loss and worked hard to get us the rest of the magnets made in time for the service. They even sent someone to the Gandy location to pick up more magnets for us. We are extremely grateful for their friendliness and customer service. This type of service is unheard of these days. Possibly the worst pharmacy I've tried to get medication from. Blatantly insulted 2 different customers ahead of me using racist terminology, if i didn't need my meds I would have left without it.

I was there trying to buy some medicines and I was so lucky to have met the cashier by the name of WES, i wish i meet more people like WES… He is very helpful, knows exactly what he is doing, so fantastic!!! WES I really appreciate your help!

Every single time I try to pick up my birth control there is always an issue of not having supply from the "manufacturer". This however is never the case. The prescription is still actively being made and they do carry it in the pharmacy. However due to their "system" they never recognize it and tell me a list of excuses saying "it is on backorder", "the shipment has been delayed", "it is not in stock" "it will not be coming back in stock" when in reality they have it the whole time. CVS has some major issues in their system not only with how their internal system works but also with their phone service making it impossible to speak to a pharmacist until called back if they ever hear you voicemail. In addition when a prescription is called in from my doctor they still "don't have it in their system" for days after it has already been called in. The only person who has ever been helpful is Mohammed.

Excellent service. Well stocked. Pharmacist is excellent. My go to place for vaccinations. Very easy to use web experience for scheduling appointments. I have never waited long after check- in - the pharmacists are very prompt and compassionate.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in person, on the phone, or in the drive thru. Staff is rude, dismissive, and disengaged from the impact and important role they play in patients lives. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area to choose from so no one should be subjected to their disrespectful and disingenuous approach.

Poor customer service over crowded store. No one wants to help and my reward points were not correctly applied although I showed non my phone that showed what my reward points were. I will definitely be transferring back although it’s a drive to the previous location that I’ve been going to for over 15 years by Wiregrass mall. Absolutely great customer service over there.

I have been trying to get my medicine for almost two weeks now. I have called several times to speak to a pharmacist, to no avail. All I get is a message that says to leave my information and someone will call me back. I went in to talk to them when I was picking up other things. The pharmacist told me she didn’t have time to talk to me and to sit down and wait. I asked her to call me when she was free… she never did. She seemed stressed. I have been talking to the staff when I go in there… they said hours have been cut in the pharmacies as well as the stores. However I need my medicine. Does someone have to die before something is done? I am at my wits end. I can see why online pharmacies are taking a fair portion of this industry. I am going to have my prescriptions moved so I don’t have to deal with this again. But I need this medication that I have been waiting for for two weeks NOW.

Service at the pharmacy is awful. Understaffed, long wait, they never pick up the phone, employees seems overwhelmed and overworked.

Very poor service by Abdullrahm. I used the kiosk to buy some items and had reward bucks which the kiosk ask me to put the coupon in the machine after I scanned it, but for some reason it did not validate my rewards. So I ask for assistance he took me to his cash register which I explain what happen. He then told me he has no proof that I put the coupon in there? Like I was lying Smh I even should him the torn recite paper. He gave me all kind of excuses so he finally called the manager and the manager told him just open the machine and get my rewards he replied he doesn’t have the keys. Smh the manager ending up helping me. Meanwhile addullrahm was mumbling all kinds of things. He has no kind of customer service at all.

The pharmacy's phone line is not operational, and their automated menu system repeatedly informs me that they are not accepting phone calls. This issue has persisted for more than a week, during which time I have left voicemails and only received one call back from the pharmacist. Unfortunately, the pharmacist seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns and ended the call abruptly without resolving my issue. I strongly recommend finding another pharmacy that provides better customer service and operates more efficiently.

This review is for Ben in the pharmacy, this was my 4th CVS to attempt to get a prescription for my daughter and Ben helped me fill this prescription even without the full amount available. He was patient, caring, and had great communication. Thank you Ben!!!!!!
