Trash pharmacy. No option to speak with a human as a provider, they say number not recognized despite calling in hundreds of scripts here. They DO NOT fill meds based on voicemails and even if the stars align and you do get through to a pharmacist, the client always calls back reporting discrepancies with either the amount filled or remaining refills. Some of these are critical life saving meds and this experience is not unique to this CVS location but everyone across Tampa. Corporate probably canned everyone they could and these poor remaining pharmacists are so over worked, theyre just trying to survive. We know its not on yall but we're having to advise clients to stay away from CVS if they need medication on a consistent basis as they will not be able to fulfill that responsibility

This store has really improved IMO...seems the new manager has it together and truly understands the meaning of good customer service. Eric Perez always goes above and beyond to help and always with a smile! Thank you, CVS & Eric! And as far as the reviews go about the pharmacy...I've never had an issue. They seem pleasant and accommodating, I suggest you give them another try.

I love the customer services because the heads of the team are the same for few years and they always are available to bring help and solutions to my problems with the prescriptions or health insurance. Other thing is the pharmacist always explain me the things very well for now, and if my medicine is going to make me feel weird with the other ones I already use they always advice me in the moment.

So when it comes to CVS, I have low expectations. I actually avoid them usually because our local CVS isn't great. We were in Tampa for a trip and we ended up with a kid with strep. When the urgent care told me CVS was the closest pharmacy, I was prepared for myself to end up frustrated 🥴 BUT, they had the prescription ready when we arrived and it was the best CVS experience I've had in years!

I went to CVS and had a very pleasant and friendly service. Jessica was there so it was an awesome experience since she is helpful and welcoming. Jessica doesn't mind greeting the customer and offering helpfulness. Jessica helped me with the Blue Diamond blueberry almonds in the can.

Went in today to get my COVID booster and Tdap. Was greeted by the nicest person at the register. I tried calling CVS to find out who did my vaccines but couldn't get through to anyone. I wish I had her name. I hate getting vaccines but I felt SO comfortable with this worker. Huge shoutout to the workers today. I will definitely come here.

Do not recommend this pharmacy. I had a prescription to pick up and I called them and they told me it was ready. I came in and they had decided to put the go back prescriptions away before the pharmacy closed so my prescription was not ready even though I had indeed called beforehand. They just put them back early so they didn’t have to do it at close.
