I had an excellent experience with the pharmacist at Hailey S. (Pharmacist). They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I understood my medication and its side effects. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful advice on how to manage my prescriptions better. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel confident and reassured. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this pharmacy/ pharmacist to anyone looking for top-notch service.

This Channel District pharmacy is the best! The pharmacy manager always goes out of her way to greet me and provide helpful service. They are so kind and helpful and even put up with my bad jokes. Now that's customer service! The store is also accommodating because I typically bike there and lug my bike throughout the store and they go above and beyond which is greatly appreciated. I will never go back to my old CVS location!

Best perks to shop here on a monthly basis. Member of the club that cost you 5.00 month and you more than double what they kick you back, so worth it!

The store itself is not bad in the way of options/selection, but they do not accept any phone calls, even to the pharmacy… no matter how many times I’ve tried on the phone tree, you are not able to speak to an actual person no matter what you press. I’m sure it’s not up to the employees to not accept calls, but no wonder everyone is always so upset in there, because they have to go in person to ask their questions about medication ? they are lucky there is no other pharmacy in the area for us to use. Absolute nightmare and the pharmacy staff can be so rude sometimes, I dread going here every single time I have to go.

Sydney went above and beyond to help me look for a specific brand item for 30 min. prior to the store closing. I cannot thank you enough, Sydney you’re the best! Thank you for going out of your way for your customers. It truly brings me back to shopping here just to receive the same amazing service from her and the rest of the team.

I see all the bad comments and after going there myself I realize it’s all true.The woman behind the counter at the pharmacy is absolutely rude the way they spoke to the people waiting in line it’s lukewarm they want us to get out of character
